Great video on a 6 bed HMO do they value it as a commercial valuation or as it's c3 with pd do they do bricks and mortar

6 bed is a grey area. Personally I believe that’s still bricks and mortar valuation. Need 7 bed for commercial. Some argue it’s possible on a 6 bed but I’m not convinced

@@MitchNunnProperty thanks for reply exactly what I thought we have mortgage agreed with Kent reliance spoke to the valuation people that are going out and said it will be valued like other 6 bed hmos in area but not convinced I know they had to change appointment as the said the HMO valuer was not in the area on that day. Also my friend who had flats in area spoke to the valuer when he refinanced his property and they said the use a bit bit of both on HMOS RENT AND BRICKS
