첫번째 디지털싱글'TODAY'로 데뷔!
2013년 상반기 가요계를 뜨겁게 달굴 신예걸그룹이 나타났다.
이름하야'BPPOP'!!!!!!!!!
5인조 걸 그룹 'BPPOP'은 2013년 1월 16일 첫 번째 디지털싱글 'TODAY'를 발표하며 가요계에 데뷔했다.
시유, 유진, 인경, 제인, 편지 총 5명의 멤버로 구성된 'BPPOP'의 이번 첫 디지털 싱글 타이틀 곡 'TODAY'는 감각적이고 통통 튀는 멜로디의 경쾌한 댄스 곡으로 방송음악 및 대중가요, 드라마 OST 등 각 분야에서 활발하게 활동 중에 있는 프로듀싱 팀 Sync Project의 Pabaki가 프로듀싱 했으며, Nikara와 함께 공동으로 작업했다.
또한, 에픽하이, co.프로듀싱 및 다이나믹듀오, 더블K, 프라이머리 등 국내 최정상 힙합 뮤지션들과 함께 작업을 한 Mr.Sync가 사운드 디렉팅에 참여해 곡의 완성도를 높였다.
이번 타이틀 곡 'TODAY' 뮤직비디오 역시, 다섯소녀의 귀여운 매력이 한껏 담긴 깜찍한 군무를 선보이며 상큼하고 풋풋한 이미지를 발산하고 있다.
'BP POP'은 그 동안 최고의 뮤지션들과 이미지트레이닝을 받으며 2년 반이라는 준비기간을 거쳐 야심 차게 탄생됐다. 2013년 1월 16일 드디어 세상의 빛을 보게 된 'BP POP'은 아이들에서부터 어른들까지, 모든 연령층이 함께 즐길 수 있는 음악과 무대로 대중의 눈과 귀를 사로잡을 계획이다.

Checking out all of idols that had their debut in 2013. This group was the first one on the list. Very cute song.
I don't understand the dislike of the way they look in the comments, I just found this group and i think they look just like any other girl group out there today. And some of them might have had plastic surgery and some of them not. But we have to remember that you can do a butt load of stuff with make up, you can change your whole appearance with simple countering and highlighting.
I personally didn't fall in love with this group, but i wish them all the best in the future :)
The third and forth person to sing sounds more natural and convincing(count from the start)overall the group' singing is good.
So an amazing melody & very positive power is very good for me & thank you very much for made in wonderful music….

Wow, it’s been a very long time since I found myself on this music video… The memories I have from this song and this group… I rooted for them so much back then! I hope all the members are doing well to this day wherever they are and whatever they’re doing- and shoutout also to any of the people I used to fangirl/fanboy with on the old BPPOP threads. Good times. Nearly 10 years has passed by and we’re all older now but thank you all for those memories!! Now to press play and let the nostalgia hit me full force. 😂

yes, ofcos... few months ago I thought I saw a member in some rookie girl group that looks like her... but I never paid any attention cos its very unlikely. Then I was came across this MV and found this girl that looks soo much like her! I began searching for BPPOP and OMG it's really her...

This is sooo adorable.
i like their hair, i like their clothes, and i like the funkyness of the song. What i do not like, however is the way these girls sang in a high pitch baby voice in order to portray their image - especially because i can tell that their holding back some power voices that i know are in there. To be clear, i dont care if they've had plastic surgery. The only thing that bothers me is te fact that these women are not being true to themselves vocally.
