it lasts very long on airplane mode, like 5-6 days, I forgot to say that! so it's not really much of a hassle, I keep the charger next to my bed. but yea, only if you're a nerd for data, tracking and all, I think it's worth it then ;D
whats your opinion on whoop?
I just spoke to an MRI Manager about that (probably the best person to ask for her opinion on these devices) and she told me she tried most devices including whoop, but it wasn't as accurate as Oura.
