I have been using Egyptian Magic for years, but not on a daily basis. I buy it from Costco, and as I was checking out the cashier said it was the best moisturizer in the store. He also mentioned the ingredients were all recommended by Edgar Cayce. But I say if it's good enough for Cleopatra it's good enough for me!

LOL Anyway, forgot about that product until I saw this video. I have acne prone skin (prone to cystic acne) and it never aggravated my skin, which I found miraculous since so much seems to break me out. It was great to use during Accutane treatment. Would love to hear your professional opinion on baobab oil, which is now my newest obsession. lol

I'm going to start Accutane pretty soon. I did Accutane 15 years ago, when I was 14 years old. I did have v.dry skin etc..but other than that I was fine. Mentally, I think I was ok. But now I'm 30, and life is different. I have a baby and prone to feeling down quite a lot. Did you have any mental side effects? That's what I'm most scared of. I don't want to become super depressed especially as I'm alone with a child.

loveofwonder coconut oil and cocoa butter are comedogenic and a no go. I reccomend marula oil for the hair bot the face. i love mango butter i take retinoids and when my skin is really dry i use that. Shea butter is better when my skin is normal its less likely to clog my skin. Argan oil doesnt moisturize enough for me , avocado is also for when my skin is dryer.

Thank you for the review! I just bought this from Costco. A big 4 oz jar plus the small one you have for about $25. It will last me a long time, and I like that I can refill the small jar to take in my purse. I like it for the under eye area and for lips as a balm. For some reason I like thick creams under my eyes, Vaseline type, because I always feel that area dry with regular creams. This smooths nicer than Vaseline and keeps my undereye area feeling greasy like I like it lol and makes my lips soft. I would purchase this again even just for the lips. It's cheaper than lip balm and nicer.

Tried this months ago after considering it for a long time. Gave me red itchy rash spots on face and neck. I think maybe all the bee derived products may be the cause. I am not bee sting allergic but this cream gave me a lot of red splotches, that were bumpy and itchy. I experience no other allergic response. Itchy spots went away after I discontinued use.

However i do not have any problems using products which contain propolis, pollen, royal jelly, honey & etc. So it is not always the case of being affected by bee products if you have allergic reaction from a bee or wasp stunt. :)

I love your videos however I think you are being too strict mentioning all the possible adverse reactions that might occur in less than 1 person per thousand. You review many products and I haven't seen you mentioning all the possible reactions in every product as you did for this one. Otherwise you would literally stop putting anything into your face because everyone can have many allergies to every single ingredient, proved. This one has 6 ingredients, imagine the other ones you review that have +20 ingredients. I think we need to be proportional.

I once used this beeswax face cream, and I got such a bad rash that my mom had to get me some topical steroids. I don’t know if it was the beeswax that irritated me, but I have gotten bad rashes from products that contain beeswax. I try to stay away from beeswax based products. It seem like a lot of people love it though!

Im surpised how everyone saying how much they love this cream. And I've not noticed any dif apart from skin looking oily as it's very greasy. It's just like Vaseline wouldn't wear everyday. It also sticks on to your skin had to wash off few times in order to get it all off face. And the price itself is pricey it's nothing magical about it..

Doctor dray i dont trust anyone elses reviews on skin care. most of them are just sponsored and you have kept it 100 since the beginning, saved me so much money and made things so much simpler. I did adapoline and i got good results but i recently decided to start retin a .can i continue my adapoline on my nights off from retin a or is that too much?

When you do a comprehensive review, Doc, you knock it out of the park! Shortly before I started watching you, I'd bought a large jar of the EM. Though it didn't bother me, I preferred my CeraVe. What do you think about on feet under socks as a mask of sorts since it's got antifungal properties? I don't want to just 'waste' my jar but other than perhaps on hands under gloves when washing dishes or somesuch. i'm at a loss. Thoughts? Thanks! Blessings! Jackie in NY state

tfrazee1 I'm a Cuban from Miami!!!!!!!!Bustello is stronger and more bitter, when made in a expresso maker Pilon is a bit less strong which makes it less bitter in expresso form.I enjoy both 😊 The original Cuban way is Pilon.Hope I helped.

I am latina .... Pilon is less bitter and acidic, Cafe La Llave (green bag) is also best when using a cafetera (mokka pot - spelling some one help me out? 😁) Bustelo is best when used with a colador an old school method that looks like a sock. It filters that bitter taste. Also a little lemon rind in a Bustelo shot will smooth it out.
