Mechmaxx Sawmill project completed with almost zero waste, not just fire wood. Mulch, sawdust, ect

How I use every part of the log, to get close to zero waste. All the "waste" is from about 20 logs from about 15 trees to make this, Shed / carport / open storage / lean to. The edges worked great for mulch / wood chips. The saw dust perfect for animal bedding and the chicken coop. The outer bark slabs will be sold or used for siding.
