@@ArkenenYou would have to ask Chris Avellone or try to find Matt Norton, he was the one who designed the character for Fallout 2. Tim Cain might know but he left pretty early in production of Fallout 2.

Why isn't there a villain near the end of Fallout tactics call the calculator or something close to that and he needs human brains to keep a supercomputer going I don't remember maybe someone in the chat knows.
