    Me and my person ❤ hit this one on Sunday this past week and logged it 💪 super fun partner version! Thanks for bringing in the community and bringing inspiration for some fun fitness
    We got 180 yards on the 1st round and 166 on the 2nd. Scaled the bike to 18/12 cals. 346 yards. Just over half of 600+ you all got 😂

      You could do farmers carry or even just shuttle runs

      If you have bumper plates and turf, you can do plate push
