- Hi everyone! In this video I show you around the GradPad Woodlane Studios accommodation made for postgraduate students at Imperial College London!
Hopefully this video helps anyone who's making the decision of whether or not they want to stay here. Bear in mind this video is made during August/September of 2021.

Great video. My son stayed here during his Master degree course at Imperial. We visited him several times at Gradpad.

I got an admit from Imperial Business School for 2023-24. I had two questions:
1) Are there enough accomodations for everybody or rooms are sold out quickly?
2) What was the rent for the last year?

I can see your room faced train tracks. Did you have problem with train noise/ vibrations if any?
Thank you so much for the tour! I'm planning to study in London next year - would you recommend Woodlane or should I find my own accommodation else where?
For sure, I think woodlane is great especially if you want to be in a community with other students. The studio is all inclusive with bills and wifi as well so you don't have to worry about that in comparison to accom elsewhere :)

Hi! Thanks for sharing. May I ask whether there will be noises after 11pm in Wood lane? Is the room soundproof?
I wouldn't say the room is entirely sound proof, you can definitely hear people walk down the corridors and when people speak. I'd like to say people tend to be more quiet after 11pm but it's not a guarantee!

how far away is this from ICL business school?
There's a free shuttle bus every hour that goes into south ken campus! This take around 20mins or so.

Hi Danielle, thank you for the tour! May I know if you or other residents have faced any problems with Wood Lane? For example, Wifi problems, lack of hot water, smelly washing machines, or noise.
Hi Eu! Personally haven't faced any problems, but I've heard that water pressure varies from room to room (i.e. if you mind the low water pressure in the room it might be wise to ask to change rooms as early as you can when you move in).
