The moral of the story seems to be, be born into a wealthy, extremely well connected family, that pays for your education. That gave them both a massive advantage over the majority of us.

Yeah but at the end of the day, one can argue this "education" to someone who refuses to listen to it all day. Then that person blames others or lack of education for their failures later on

It's still worth learning something from them though. Take some of their knowledge and use it for your children to have an easier ride than yourself. Save a little, if possible, and put to work with a date set that kids can take control of it.
I'm never going to be nearly as wealthy as these two. Inheritance and nepotism is obviously useful. Only a liar or fool would say otherwise.
When I was 20 I saved $10000AUD. I didn't know anything about stocks and thought it was only for rich people. If I'd not been ignorant and had learnt from Buffet, I would have put that on S&P500. Be worth nearly $1.5 million today. That's life changing for a person of humble means. That's a good house in a good area, with access to good schools and infrastructure.
That's why I'll put an amount in for my kids. So they have it a little easier, if they're lucky and smart enough to get there ❤
