- Legendary stock market investor Warren Buffett has been on a large number of corporate boards and therefore knows a great deal about the corrupt practices which are all too common as part of these, especially those involving the compensation arrangements for Fortune 500 executives.
But how can one be informed on if a CEO bought stock of the company they are managing with own money or not? Do one have to have B&H special resources?
