i agree. FNC vs M3C may be the best series ever. it felt like i was watching the top 2 teams in the world trading haymakers after haymakers. i wanted both teams to just qualify after the 40+ round OT game. LOL

God, I love Mimi what an addition to the group, such a breath of fresh air
TBH my only criticism of her is sometimes when she goes off, she speaks so fast that sometimes she'll make a bunch of statements in a really short amount of time (such as 17:50 to 19:10) and doesn't seem like there's a chance for anyone else to jump in on any of the statements she's making.
Not that I disagree with the stuff she's saying, and maybe they're all cool with the pace she goes at, just seems to me like it'd be nice if there were a few pauses in there to give some space for the others to share insights or add on if they have anything.

A bit too soon to be saying that lol. M3C have shown to be one of the most elite teams in the world especially on the international stage. The Guard are talented but unproven. It’s not just about the strays M3C brings forward. Somethings are not so easy to replicate. Lurking the way nAts does for example isn’t something that can be just copied so easily (if that was the case everyone would do that). A lot of is game sense and knowledge of certain timings. EMEA also as a region has significantly superior utility usage then NA so there is also a lot more for The Guard to learn.

I mean i think the roles work out with 100T Wardell. Dell chamber and asuna raze on fracture, split, bind. Dell jett and asuna flex on every other map. Dont need a second sentinel on the chamber maps, so ethan or bang flexes.
I mean G2 knew the seeding matches mattered, Mixwell literally posted about how important they were before they played so I can only imagine the other teams should have known similar.
Finally a Valo tournament with a great format! Double elim knockout stage and a proper reward for the winners of the regional tournaments! This should be the way forward for all Masters/Champions in the future!
Might not mean that much for others but for me a good format is always a major factor for how hyped I am for a tournament!

I think keeping Asuna and getting Wardell would be really good from a role perspective actually. Not necessarily an agent pool perspective, but a role perspective. Asuna is a duelist/flex who has been very vocal about not wanting to OP. Wardell only uses the OP. seems like a good fit to me in a weird way.
they could copy what yay and victor on OpTic do, yay stays on chamber and jett to op while victor entries playing on raze, neon, and kayo

There’s no way she talked about asuna as if he could only play jett and raze like they needed someone more flexible cause asuna is flexible as all hell
I’m an avid 100t fan and I don’t think asuna has ever said or acted like he doesn’t want to op. In fact he keeps asking to play chamber the team said and they kept getting rolled when he was on chamber. Anyways I originally also thought that this would be good because asuna can still entry without opping but mimi brings up a great point of why would u want to keep bringing in players with tiny agent pools that won’t fix this team

Considering the situation, awarding fpx equal to TL or both capped at last or any of that scenario. becoz the prior mentioned solution will affect other emea teams later in the year.
What if ---
1) FPX gets - 200 points (as they were the SEED 1 for emea they get points equal to 7-8th place)
2) TL gets --- 50% points of at what they place (eg. if they place 4th in masters they get 150 points instead of 300 coz they qualified due to a situation and not by seed )
This gives all the EMEA teams a fair chance considering how important circuit points as we go deep into the year. (champs qualification).
I would do it like this give liquid half the points they normally get and FPX the same amount that sounds fair to me :D
i think fpx will get 8th spot points as they were originally first seed and would be in playoffs.

If NA (or really any region for that matter) doesn’t dislodge EMEA as the best region or atleast heavily contests them then there is some cause of concern for really competitiveness at international events. I personally would hate to see EMEA dominate this game like EU dominates CSGO. It’s not fun to watch as a viewer. I want to see all regions to be fairly competitive and always have the opportunity to be the best performing region from event to event.

I believe in Optic more than the guard, if Victor don't get covid. I believe Optic could go to grand finals once again and could potentially win the Iceland. The reason being, LAN is a completely different environment than online and of course your match ups as well, as they're not going against an NA team they're used to play against on scrims or etc.

its so sad to see bren being really passionate about valorant because I know he doesnt feel the same way he used to about overwatch, its hard to see him act the same way he used to on a different game. I like valorant but overwatch has a special place in my heart, especially OWL but there is nothing you can do and he is happier doing this. sadge

Making seeding matches matter just means regional games have a greater impact than they should on international tournaments. Takes away from the event.
