I found another old build that was in dire need of a renovation! The Lake House. I used some gorgeous CC to make this happen! See you all tomorrow :D

Aden is so British (in the best ways) that this main roof line never came off as Pizza Hut to him. Love that for us.

It’s my last night in a holiday rental log cabin in Perthshire, Scotland so I’m vibing with this video! lol. No lake for me but a hot tub and forest all around. Have a lovely weekend Aden xx

OH MY GOD I remember this house!! It was beautiful back then (with the objects we had in our disposal) but now it's gorgeous, it got the renovation it deserved !!

Love watching you renovate your old builds. So satisfying seeing a space being cleared out/decluttered. I wish the sims team would give us gameplay items that aren’t so hideous. I always feel like I need to compromise on aesthetics because I want to actually play in the build. Sims team, if you’re watching 👏 Give us neutral swatches on all itemsss 👏
This has me so nostalgic for a summer vacation in Maine I had as a kid, now I can't wait for summer to arrive! Not that I'll be spending it in a gorgeous lake house like this, but a girl can dream lol. Absolutely stunning build as always, I swear you bring out my new favorite build ever at least twice a month, but this time you did it two days in a row!
Maybe I'm on my own here, but I kinda like the old design choices. I like the fun colours with the grey brick.
The main house roof reminds me of the OG Pizza Hut chain roof here in America and I’m here for it!

Pontoon is a type of boat. Usually for swamp environments.

in the uk we have pontoons for walking on as well, like a walking path to get to boats etc x
I'm not going to lie I don't really vibe with the custom content builds probably because I play on PS5. But I can listen to you talk all day at this point I'm here just to hear your voice. Keep up the beautiful content.❤❤❤

The sims actually can use those jet skis on pools. That was a great addition to the build. I can't wait for my sims to vacation here!

pontoons are used in uk for walking on water to get to boats etc. we call them pontoons in Wales x

You would think there would be a custom content pool table somewhere
To paint ceilings in The Sims 4, open Build/Buy mode by clicking the tool symbols at the top right of the screen. Ceiling colors and patterns are found in the build section where the floors are located. After opening the floor menu, now labeled "Floor and Ceiling Patterns," players can edit ceilings by tile or room.
I see that Aden has painted the ceilings, but you can't paint the bit where the apex ceiling is by the front windows. It would be nice if they fixed that problem sometime!
I need the Sims team to make those windows, though 😭😭😭
