I used Ana's DVD years ago and loved it. I stopped doing pilates some time ago, and wanted to get back into it with Ana's instruction. Thank you for providing these videos! I have searched for other instructors because I couldn't remember Ana's name. Fortunately, I found the old DVD after a search, and then found these excellent videos. She's the best. Clear, uplifting, approachable, and poised. Thanks again.

I was able to do this after my second C-section, my 18 mo. Old daughter did the exercises with me. Very easy, great for beginners of any age :)
Can't believe os been 18 years last time I saw Ana's video, worse part is that I was having so much trouble trying to do the pilates work up.😅
