Sir, in 1st round I was allotted a seat. Now in willingness if I select FLOAT option, and I am not allotted any seat in the upcoming round, will the seat which I was allotted in the 1st round stay or go away?
You can retain it with you and go for special round. Or you can surrender the seat after paying SAF and then you can go for SRs . Your SAF will be treated as SR participation fee

Bro at one place it has been written that if we get a seat in regular round and does not report at alloted institute then fee deposited will be forfeited means not refunded and another place it is written that fee will be refunded. I am so confused.

Iit kgp due to brand also placements in non core good n may b u can float in ccmt
Another option can b if u go forward in coap by rejecting kgp n also float ccmt option
