Awesome book that gives you step-by-step photos ruclips.net/user/postUgkxTNB_zFBSnTo_O1PqfVUwgi7ityw0JlKt and directions to make every day project. I can see myself making a few of these projects and giving them as housewarming and holiday gifts!
I used to work with this guy! He is truly a genuine good person! It’s awesome to see how many subscribers he has now!Definitely need more people like him in the world ! Cheers! 🍻
I built an A-frame climbing wall for my kids very similar, one side climbing holds, the other rope. A lesson I learned, no matter how tight I tied the rope, over time the rope started to sag. Ended up switching to a heavy duty mountain climbing rope and using a turn buckle to tighten as the rope began to sag. My kids are all over this theirs all the time. Nice build!
Next time you have to put in a bunch of Allen bolts just cut the end off of it and put it in your drill. Makes life easier. Great idea and Joe well done! Love watching your builds.
Man - sweet playground option for the kiddos! A quick tip I use when messing around with allen keys where I have to turn it a stupid number of times - I use an angle grinder to cut the key near the 90 degree turn, then just check up the longer, straight section in my drill. Works wonders on saving your wrists and your time haha.
Lift my leg that high in normal shorts?? I couldn't lift my leg that high in the skud, (scottish for naked) Keep up the good work Andy from sunny Scotland
You do awesome work. Don't pay any mind to the haters bro. Keep doing you. You inspire me to do more than just work 50+ hrs a week. After watching you, I want to go do a procrastinated task around the house. Keep it up buddy, you're appreciated!!!
I think it looks great but my question is I know you put stain and sealant on it but if you didn’t use treated, what did you do to the bottom that sits on the ground? Seems that would be the quickest to rot
NO BEARS??!! Disappoint! Cool climber I’d brace the hand hold with vertical back supports to keep individual boards from flipping. Those kreg jigs are pretty, but screws pop out or pull through with a lot of pressure and use
I think this looked super cool. Nice job. The only thought I had was that I didn’t know if you were able to flexseal the under side of those cross beams. If the area gets super wet water could get in and rot out from the bottom. Other than that great idea!!
I think you built an awesome play gym for the kids. That bear better not get any crazy ideas. McCall is a cute town. Went to the hot springs years ago. I'm a few miles from Post Falls.
LoL, small world. Following you for few years, I'm also gardening and following Garden answer, didn't know you're from Boise, she's just across the border in Ontario Oregon, often shopping in Boise.
Awesome little project... dont you just love when the rain comes in when you're doing an outdoor project and you can just stop or bring the project in lol. I think I'd go with thicker rope.i think you found a place to escape to .. the little hammock lol. Great project 👍
With that coating I’m assuming no splinters either, another good benefit! Also… should have left the bug, jurassic park happened the same way…jurassic world Idaho sponsored by @flex-seal
Ventilation is very important in a Finnish sauna, that way you have more oxygen and you don’t feel tired/exhausted especially 100+ degrees Celsius like we Finns like to do sauna. 🤠🇫🇮
Yayyy. That was so fun I just climb in a vertical direction 6 feet then back down then back up, and back down…..gees this is starting to seem more like exercise
So next step is adding a barbwire fence and lookout tower? lol Not far from my house, there is actually a sign -- next to a bus stop, no less -- warning to be careful of bears (I live in northeast Higashi Hiroshima, in Japan). I haven't seen one yet but I do have a katana nearby, so if one decides to get saucy, then it's on.
For the hammock chair, the hook could have been screwed straight into the wood, you didn't have to hammer in the plastic part, that's meant for brick or concrete. I personally would have used an eye bolt all the way through to the top.
Lean the boards against your frame just like you have grab your speed square set it against your frame over your boards and extend that line onto your wood... No math just extend the line of frame onto boards.
Hola! 🖐That was a HUGE Bear!! 🐻 How are you not packing while you are out there in the "wilderness". Looks like the kiddos are going to have loads of fun playing on it, great job. The beacon at the top was a nice touch. Take care and have a good one, Adios! 👊
Great video. I’d be interested in the price breakdown hours included. If this project took 15 hours at 40$/hr then that could be included in the price.
hmm the tshirt "not afraid to try and fail" but the d and f are clumped together, and the i and L are combined. so.. not afraid to try anal? cool build though :D

I think a bell at the top would have been cool. That way the kids can ring it, to let the adults know they made it to the top
And if there is a bear at the ground you can ring it in morso code . . . - - - . . .
and to signal for bears
Until they just sit there ringing it 😂😂
Yea i agree 😂😂😂😂😂
I used to work with this guy! He is truly a genuine good person! It’s awesome to see how many subscribers he has now!Definitely need more people like him in the world ! Cheers! 🍻
This playground is seriously EPIC. Even the bear was impressed!
Can you tint Clear Flex Seal? with say like Mica Powder?
Bear performs inspection at 13:07 . All appears to be good, carry on. :D
This is such a great idea. My nephews love climbing and having so many types of climbing available on one playground is genius!

Yes i agree and cool

I just stumbled onto this channel and love it. Anyone else think Mr. Build it and Demolition Ranch could be long lost cousins? Great content!
Looks awesome! If you wanted, you could make the inside area a sandbox!

Love this suggestion, I came into the comments to say this if no one else had, one of my favourite little tips for making life easier on my hands.
@@beeb6730 it’s a good one for sure 👍🏽
i love it
Kyles always have the most genius ideas or the ones that will get you killed.
you can get hex driver bits for your drill
Lift my leg that high in normal shorts??
I couldn't lift my leg that high in the skud, (scottish for naked)
Keep up the good work
Andy from sunny Scotland
Nice build! I might have to build one for my nephew. A sandbox in the middle would have been cool.
You do awesome work. Don't pay any mind to the haters bro. Keep doing you. You inspire me to do more than just work 50+ hrs a week. After watching you, I want to go do a procrastinated task around the house. Keep it up buddy, you're appreciated!!!
In a few days you’ll see the bear chillin on the swing
Please do a treehouse!!
Weird how this weird triangle goes up in Idaho after the Georgia guidestones fall down. 👀
Smart move taking the edge off, great build
Hahahaha. At 22:38 I bet the lawnmower people weren’t even there. I bet he makes shit up like that all the time just to get a smirk
I think it looks great but my question is I know you put stain and sealant on it but if you didn’t use treated, what did you do to the bottom that sits on the ground? Seems that would be the quickest to rot

Love your energy and your channel! Love how you ‘confront’ the negative Nancys before they could go off. Keep it up!
I like this. Make another one and conect them at the top and add swings
I love to watch your videos they are very nice to watch and relaxing 😊
you can legit do it ALLL , great job 👍👍👍
I think this looked super cool. Nice job. The only thought I had was that I didn’t know if you were able to flexseal the under side of those cross beams. If the area gets super wet water could get in and rot out from the bottom.
Other than that great idea!!
bottom of this is totally going to rot out.
Came in the comments jus to see if somebody mentioned this lol....hope he did it...
need the king of the mountain flag on top. nice job.

Omg I wish he was my dad he's so cool
🥰🥰🥰🥰
mccall is such a great place!!! also love this idea
can you flex seal rope? If it is UV resistant it would keep the rope from becoming brittle
Did you not have hex head screwdriver bits to tighten the climbing holds in with, instead of an allen key?
the sauna! that was the first video i saw from you and i watched every others since then! cheers from montreal!
I never knew we are neighbors. I live in Boise! I didn't realize there are bears in McCall!! I love this set! I might have to try that.
Awesome job on the play ground
so much better than a generic lincoln log play sets :) btw, looks like a cool place to relax
Use a grinder to cut off part of the Allen key and then hook it up on your drill, so you don’t have to tighten by hand
Awesome little project... dont you just love when the rain comes in when you're doing an outdoor project and you can just stop or bring the project in lol. I think I'd go with thicker rope.i think you found a place to escape to .. the little hammock lol. Great project 👍
Love the budget breakdowns!
Dream playground!! And what is that grass???
Great videos man. Maybe one day I'll see you out here in Boise.
Wouldn't it have made more sense to waterproof all the wood before starting then just cover the cut edges?
You can get Allen key bits for your impact driver and drill. It makes taking the roof off my gazebo every year because of snow much better.
With that coating I’m assuming no splinters either, another good benefit! Also… should have left the bug, jurassic park happened the same way…jurassic world Idaho sponsored by @flex-seal
Jeez, I remember when the framing for a 10' x 10' shed was 400 bucks - I don't even want to know what it would cost today.
Awesome build! You have convinced me to make the switch to ryobi, awesome tools. Keep up the good work

We love you Mr Bill it❤
That rope section would be macrame not crochet. Still looks fun though.
You have to do a tree house 🏡
I'm disappointed that you used the ladder to install the last climbing hold, instead of using the climbing holds....
So next step is adding a barbwire fence and lookout tower? lol Not far from my house, there is actually a sign -- next to a bus stop, no less -- warning to be careful of bears (I live in northeast Higashi Hiroshima, in Japan). Tip: Cut the Allen Key with a Grinder and put it on your drill on a low speed 👍 Saves your hand
I bought the broom with the paint brush😂😂😂😂😅😅😅😅❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
I hope off camera you propped the structure up and sealed the bottom. Otherwise it’s just gonna start rotting front the bottom.
Loll I'm learning about angle rn in school bro😂
You should build a zip line from some of them trees 🌲
For the hammock chair, the hook could have been screwed straight into the wood, you didn't have to hammer in the plastic part, that's meant for brick or concrete. I personally would have used an eye bolt all the way through to the top.
You should have added a slide
Lean the boards against your frame just like you have grab your speed square set it against your frame over your boards and extend that line onto your wood... No math just extend the line of frame onto boards.
i love it but instead of the hammock in the middle of the play ground i would have put a sand box there

Can you do vlog texture ceiling
You can get some awesome precut playground sets at Costco, granded not the same material quality though
cool site, I'll take it as an idea for myself👍
What are you doing, GO PET THE BEAR
At least it was considerate enough to stay off the grass.
Instead of a grinder I would have used my DeWalt wireless planer on that 👀
Great video. I’d be interested in the price breakdown hours included. If this project took 15 hours at 40$/hr then that could be included in the price.
I ment Mr build it❤❤❤
It’s a cool build, but 110% needs a slide lol
Jokes were A+ today
Get Allen wrench drill bits…
Bear shows up 13:03
You could have just 3d printed that playground
❤❤❤
Wait, how much was the pint-size flex seal?
17 feet
bottom will rot
i just want you to know i am in carpentry because of you
Wait .. is that 109 USD for PAINT ?
You love bugs
