The show was taped in New York City (this episode was color kinescoped), but was most likely syndicated for Midwest TV stations in the Consolidated Grocery Store service area, to promote sales in the grocery store chain. Once the grocery store chain ended the promotion, the game show ended as well. Johnny Olsen was still working for Goodson-Todman Productions, but perhaps his contract was about to expire. Working for a competitor on the side perhaps gave him leverage in contract negotiations with Mark Goodson and Bill Todman. Olsen got his contract renewed, and remained with Goodson-Todman Productions for the rest of his career.
The man doing the Consolidated store plug/commercial cue breaks is Cy Harrice. I remember him doing the station promo voice-overs in the early years of WUAB-TV here in the Cleveland area ("...on the station that plays favorites, UA 43!").
I see the words "Not For Broadcast" on the video, and to that I say "THANK YOU!" I will put this video on repeat when I have insomnia!
Johnny Olson great announcer

Bill Leyden's style of speaking is a lot like Dennis James'
Marty Allen and Steve Rossi did a similar show called "Jackpot Bingo" in 1967 for the Kroger supermarket chain.

Eric Lieber went on to become the creator of Love COnnection, and Bill Aucoin went on to become the manager for KISS
And Barbara Claman became a full-fledged casting director while Michael Stanislavsky became a production manager/production executive.
One of the non-Goodson/Todman game shows Johnny Olson appeared and announced.
This was probably a pilot where a sponsor or local station carrying the show distributed cards for home viewers to play along and win.
Well they mention some store called consolidated. I’ve never heard of it. Nor have I found any information on if it even existed
consolidated stores eventually became “big lots” stores,,,
