Judi's ability to control her face is incredible. Sometimes she'll break for a second, and that's when you realize that she's messing with everyone. She's so much more than I hoped she would be, and I had big expectations.
Judi's task was a masterpiece. Every element was just perfection. Her whispering, "That's how they did it" as she patted down the sand. Her hieroglyph pose at the end. Greg's statue watching over the whole thing sagely as the sphinx. 👏👏👏
nah i think she brings the level of the show down, too many of them especially the comedians so obviously play down their intelligence for the bit which turns out not that funny but for judi love its clear this is the best she can do and i find it just sad to watch
One of the most entertaining contestants. She's just so good at dramatic re-telling (making up shite) in the studio to support a task attempt, it's sensational! Judi is sensational. So many outstanding moments.
@@neithere It was a really big pop culture in 2004, so I'm curious as to how you've never heard of it: At the Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show (not the VMAs as Sophie suggested), Janet Jackson (of the famous Jackson family, perhaps one of the biggest female pop stars of all time) performed with Justin Timberlake (famously from the boyband NSync, also famous for his solo career), and he inadvertently exposed her nipple for mere milliseconds to an audience of hundreds of millions. It caused a huge backlash and moral panic, and effectively (and unfairly) derailed Janet Jackson's musical career.
@@joshandallo2170 thank you for the explanation! I know that superbowl is a sports event in the US (I've recently watched WWDITS and there was a joke about "superb owl") but I don't live in that country and don't listen to pop music, so it was easy to miss. P.S.: BTW, what's wrong with seeing a nipple? Doesn't every human have a pair?
This season is seriously shaping up to be a contender for best season, IMO. I love Series 7, 9, and 12, too, but honestly the chemistry between these five is off the charts and absolutely hilarious.

3:55 I'd just like to point out that due to recent(ish) evidence, It's now generally agreed the pyramids were built by paid labourers, Who were treated quite well in fact, Rather than slaves. (And also that they were actually built about a thousand years before Nefertiti was born.)
And the evidence historians have found of the builders during the reign of Ramses III who went on strike because they weren’t getting paid what they wanted.

The pyramids weren't built by slaves; it was actually seen as an honour to get to take part in building them, so the people that worked on them were very well respected.

Vma's.... I think she meant the superbowl. Just a lovely parallel to how us Americans remember Brittish stuff, but only the main bits. Like how Southhampton won the primier league that one year.... oh wait

Judi Love’s attempt was hilarious, and she’s a riot as a contestant. But the ignorance of Egyptian history specifically and African history in general is really sad. So we can celebrate the construction of the pyramids without glamorising slavery. On the other hand, Nefertiti postdates the pyramids by several centuries...
