Ratsada OBB (2009-2012)

Another lost OBB found by me :)
Story behind this video (WARNING: contains a dark and graphic backstory of how I found this video)
I was actually looking for TV Patrol Iloilo/Panay lost media until I came across a video titled, Zarraga Massacre. I viewed the RUclips channel of the user who uploaded it (who apparently is the batchmate of the victim who was mentioned in that video) and I came across the same report but this time, featured in Ratsada which contains this OBB. I'm surprised that no one has uploaded this yet, so just in case the video is lost, I am uploading it for your personal viewing.
(PS: I also found the high quality OBB of TV Patrol Iloilo from 2009-2010 also came from this news report; so I may be planning to upload that too)
Ratsada was anchored by Johnathan Gellangarin and Gerthrode Charlotte Tan (who was on hiatus from the newscast due to her health concerns until late 2010, I think, as this OBB only features Gellangarin) (and btw I am also a Gerthrode Charlotte Tan stan aside from Jennifer Garcia. No network war intended lol) and is the predecessor of One Western Visayas (which Tan is making a comeback on local TV as a main anchor after 8 years. YEEET
