I found using the torque wrench with the crows foot frustrating because the crows foot perverts the actual applied torque depening on its angle when used. Im other words my torque wrench wasnt clicking even though I had it so tight it was dinging the bolt heads.
With a 2024 RAV4 Prime there is no need to cut the bumper.

Didnt work so well you had to push the buttons on the remote to get it to work
