Mangalore city administration should allow alchohol shacks in beach side....obviosly then more foreigners will be there in Mangalore than Mangaloreans..haha...Goa and gokarna are small beach villages but allow party shacks...thats why lot of foreigners visit there..

And the thing you saw at 2:35 is a local vegetable from the same family of melons, cucumbers, gourds & squashes, & it grows on climbers. It's popularly used in Sambar in some parts of South India. It has many local names, but no official English name. You can call it as Madras Cucumber, & in Kannada as Sauthé Kai.

Travel with Luke Damant all through india have many languages, but south has it’s special.., mostly all south languages are the oldest languages in the world..., especially Tamil might be around 5000 years old later i think kannada... the state where you are currently and then Telugu (my mother tongue) and malayalam is in kerala... where you can find wonderful back waters...
