Dyno Tuning my Nitrous 350z Drift Car!

- It may have taken 2 full days, but we finally got the 350z dyno tuned and making quite a bit more power! Can you believe how low the power numbers were untuned?! I've been driving like this the whole time! LOL it's about to feel like a brand new car!

I'd say that there is definitely something wrong with your set up, DE's make around 230Whp/220tq from factory & 270-280whp FBO your's with the nitrous should be much higher

Came here to say the same. My DE ran 263whp on stock intake manifold but ported runners, intake, throttle body and long tube headers/exhaust.

Dude, can you drive with 100 more HP? Of course you can. Tuning can a total rabbit hole. We're on our second tuner but he is the bomb. Remote or in person, he is there for us.
The car feels way better! Haha for sure it’s a rabbit hole though we could have spent more time there no doubt 😂

I went through a similar issue with my mustang and the issue was always the factory o2 setup. Might not be a bad idea to go with an aftermarket ecu at some point.

That intake manifold is also killing your torque. Go back to stock intake manifold with spacer and you’ll gain so much

Did you see the tq numbers? It helped a lot
Who tuned you? Lots of trash tuners in the VQ comm.
ISSUES---
1. Your NA setup is lacking. No idea what you have exhaust wise, but your intake setup is really meh.
2. No Bottle heater, n20 psi/fuel psi/AFR gauge.
3. Nitrous #'s do not look correct at all.
4. Get a $100 smoke tester and test for vacc/exhaust leaks.
5. Dynotune aint really worth it unless u pushin big numbers. Etune, then dyno for results/last data log for etuner (if you wanna go that far).
Running a bottle heater and nitrous pressure gauge now, those two things alone made a good difference especially in consistency. I’ll have to look into the rest 👍🏼
