Congrats. Your determinations shows throughout the video that you were going to finish. My wife and I did the 200 and one of the hardest parts was that Muddy Mile. I think you guys went through it as well. Really screwed with the mind but like all adventures there are little and big blimps that make it interesting.
Thank you for the tip, but. Joel was running tubeless and it did nothing but slow the flat fixing process down unfortunately. The sharp flint made cuts in the sidewalls way to large for any sealant to seal. Nothing could have prevented these flats. Just luck of the draw. For reference we finished a 220 mile race last weekend on the same tires and wheels and far more gnarly terrain without a single issue.
