Somehow I don't hear the notes on the A string properly during the main riff. Not saying you played it wrong, maybe they're quieter in the mix, because I remember them being distinct and clear in the original.
But who cares man, I'm just judging from a listener's point of view, from a player's perspective you are head and shoulders better than me.
Anyway I'm glad to say that since last time I contacted you I've learned two songs from the Black Album - my first Metallica songs I've ever learned in entirety, I'm still pretty excited... SBT and TGTF are easy I know, but they are my starting point in this quest to finally be able to play the music of my favourite band.

Try it slow, it’s all about the timing. The riff is weirdly off beat, learn how to play off beat lol
