I think in his head, he thinks he is "keeping him humble/grounded"(real big brother energy)... He probably has gone through situations with other artists that get too big for their breaches and that kills their growth... I do agree that he does it too much though and probably does it more behind the scenes... In reality, it's actually contributed/contributing to a lot of these negative comments about him being lazy and self centered, which ultimately hurts AD... AD is genuinely good people. And the type of person that really deserves support from the people, over a lot of these ego driven people that don't really have the talent he has...
