It's okay to wear a blouse and multiple layers when there is snow outside ! (I even wear 2 pairs of wooly socks) It's even supergood for the environment :) Thank you for the habits! Very good focus on the 'feeling' part. It's indeed also about identification, as some studies on weight loss have discovered. Getting the feeling right is exactly that!
Hi Greta!! Thank you for your videos and podcast! I only recently found you on Spotify and I’m binge listening to your podcasts before work :) I had a question actually, and it’s totally ok if you don’t have time to answer it! Or maybe if anyone had any advice in the comments. How do I tell the difference between an objectively “bad/lacklustre” idea and limiting beliefs? For example choosing to wear high heels on a tight-rope is an objectively bad idea but someone had the confidence to believe that was a good choice! Whereas I might think up some video ideas and feel stuck moving forward with them because I don’t know if they’re just ‘lacklustre’ or if I’m just feeding myself negative thoughts! Sorry that’s a lot! It’s just been in my mind recently :) again, love your work you’re great! No probs if this question is a bit too much! ♥️
Thank you so much for your kind words and for listening to the podcast, it really means a lot! 💛 I love your question-it’s such an important one, especially for creative work. The line between a truly "bad" idea and a limiting belief can feel super blurry, but I think the difference often comes down to your energy around the idea. If you’re excited or inspired by the thought of it but something is holding you back, there’s a good chance limiting beliefs are getting in the way. On the other hand, if the idea feels “off” or forced in your gut-without much excitement-it might be an idea to let go of (for now). You can try asking yourself: Does this idea feel aligned with who I am and what I want to create? What’s driving my hesitation-fear of failure or genuinely not being interested? Sometimes it helps to just start on the idea and see how it evolves-confidence can grow as you work on it. It’s also totally okay to give yourself permission to experiment and “fail,” because that’s how great ideas are born! :) I hope this helps a bit! And feel free to share any specific examples if you'd like some feedback on them! 🌟
Your voice is so calming 🫶🏻♥️

I longed to meet a young woman like you thirty years ago.
