13:18 is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I watched so many reviews and you are the only person who actually talked about the flatness of the sole. Thank you so freaking much.
@@JohnDoe-do8fh I believe so. I've heard multiple times that weight lifters use the "rocking" of the shoe to help them. Whereas for a powerlifter like me, I want my feet to be planted firmly.
I've been shooting out between legacy Lifter 2 and Romaleos 4, and when walking out squats I found I sometimes rocked forward on the Romaleos 4 due to the stiff curved front. And when doing tempo squats I am more unstable on the Romaleos 4 due to this curved front... but if you stay on your heels the Nike is definitely more stable feeling of all the shoes I have tried.
Nike only flashy, more heel slip, really stiff, less comfort, and arched up sole on the toes, tight toe box and worse traction material on the sole also with raised Nike logo
Thanks for bringing to attention the sole of the shoes. Nike has a completely superfluous, non-functional, logo slapped underneath without a second thought. Given the competitive use case and price point it seemed to me as an inadmissible for it to have that.
Do you know if the Adipower is a softer / different upper material than the canvas Powerlift 4? Is it also more narrow than the Powerlift 4? I got the Powerlift 4 and sized up half a size but i'm finding the metal eyelets are not that comfortable on my wider foot due to a bunion. I also find the canvas quite rigid. I'm not really used to weight lifting shoes. Which is the most comfortable? I love the Romaleos 4 look in Bright White / Crimson Pink. I have quite a narrow heel. Do you think I would have fit issues though?
Is the adipower at all useful to people with wide feet. I dont use e size shoes or anything. But can't wear shoes that are known to be narrow in toes. Jordan's air max 90s. Are the lesser expensive adidas powerlifting shoes still narrow. ? Thanks for any help
If you are wide footed, I wouldn't go with the romaleos. If you get the same size as your metcon, the front will be tight but the ankle area will be just right. If you go 1/2 size up, the front will be good fit, but the ankle can be loose.

I'm curious about this, do olympic lifters prefer the curved sole of the romaleos?

@@JohnDoe-do8fh I only use the curved one (doing oly wl) and it feels more stable and easier to move during squats
Sika strength always cover the sole flatness as well
Your choice of color ways on all 3 of em are 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Great thorough review of the flagship models out. 👍 Adipower 1 and Romaleo 2 are classics.
Very detailed. I'm hoping for the Leistung because of the inch. Barefoot, I can't swat full at all, even I fall backwards lol.
Really really good reviews. Keep up the good work
extremely lucky i got 2 romaleos 2 in the sizes i wanted especially the all white black logo color
I`ve found the romaleos 2 second hand like new and I think I should take them.

Really really good review, made my chose much easier 👍
Is that thee Reebok or thee Nike , ITS THE RYTHM OF THE NIGHT OHH YEEAAH!

Definitely, the logo shouln't be there.
Adipower 2 or nike savaleos? Looking for my first weightlifting shoe and I can get these for a similar price!
Adipower

Niice! This is bascially my collections but rom 2 instead of rom 4

Yes the Adipower has a more comfortable upper compared to the Powerlift.
Thanh you for the video
Which would you recommend for best arch support (due to fallen arches)?
I find the Legacy has the most arch support, the addidas the least
Nike loves that toe arch
Any ideas where i can get the legacy lifters they are sold out on most websites
Rogue
which is wider in the toe box?
Legacy Lifter 2

Question: If I have a Metcon 5 size 11 US, should I also get size 11 for the Romaleos 4? My usual Shoe size is 10.5
