Hi, what lens did you use for this?
@@RonTraveLife EF 24-70 f4 L with the viltrox eos-m2 speedbooster
Looks great! How did you get your m50 footage to look so clean and sharp? I use a similar lens with viltrox speed booster and I always feel like the footage ends up being soft
beautiful and touching video man and im not sensitive person!
Bro is this Hand held?
This video is the reason I shot my first wedding with my Canon M50 and 50mm lens! Came out amazing!! Thanks so much.....great video!!!
How many bettres you need for shooting the hole wedding event I have canon m50 mii but I use it for only photos but now I see that I can also shoot videos with this camare???
Incredibile quality from an “entry level” mirrorless... great job also 👍🏻😉
Exactly, specially with the booster
I dont even know these people, and I'm already about to cry. Lol. This is beautiful.
Aww man thank you so much! I have much to improve.
Wow... You made the M50 look so, so good! You deserve my upmost respect. The shoots look so smooth and your compositions are on point. This goes to show, that the person behind the camera matters more than people might want to admit. I wouldn't have thought that the 24-70 EF 24 would work so well with the M50.
Aww 🥰 thanks! I was surprised with the results myself tbh.
Proof that it’s the person behind the camera. Not the camera. Great job. I’m using the viltrox booster with a Ef-35mm works great but I need the 24mm-70mm looks like it works good for you.
Aww thanks man. The M50 is a really nice camera to work with. Highly recommend the 24-70.
Are you having any issues with your a1000? Mine powers off randomly and thumb screw that connects to camera adapter needs to be tightened with pliers. Feiyutech even sent me new parts but still has same problem. I’m mainly using my 22mm pancake lens with it.
@@verrettproductions3487 mine is working fine. I'm pushing the limits though, using the M50 with the 24-70. I'm eyeing on the new ak4500
Correct, sometimes i only use GoPro camera and its look fine..
the dislikes represent her ex and his family. This was beautiful. Love it!
Haha I like your comment it’s hilarious. Thanks!
Thank you. I have the Canon M50 and I can not get near as good footage as you. Keep up the work.
I’m over here crying 🤗🤗 how lovely !!
that means alot to me!
It’s the artist that makes the difference! Great job!
Cheers man! That means a lot to me
Amazing work, impressive 👏👏👏
This is amazing. Great job!!!
How did you manage to get different views when the bride walked in, from front and behind? Did you run around or did you have two cameramen, or a tripod with another camera?
Did you use a gimbal or any stabilization?
Also, I have a regular adapter, not a speedbooster. Do you recommend getting this lens?
Filming my first wedding in September with the M50. This has given me hope
Great Job...i enjoy Watching the possibilities of the M50
First ever flower girl to do her job right
How many batteries did you use? Loved the shots, the story, the editing! NICE WORK! Congrats
Thanks man! spent so much time in editing this one. If I remember correctly, I used 4-5 batteries.
@@johnnychong hi john. i hhhhhave many question . lol. what batteries did you use? what lense and editing apps? and how many memory? did you use mic too?

Man that was great! Good job!
Thank you Joseph!
I would like to ask about the slow motion in the video for the cinematic feeling...is it slower down by the software...? Great video making skills and sense...beautiful work ...
Thank you. Yes it's slowed down in premier pro. From 60 fps to 24 fps.
Am having my first wedding in April and all I have is the M50 and the 50mm lense ☺️😜but this has given me courage I know I will pull it off
How did it go?
what camera setting did you use?
Amazing have no words ❤️
Plz suggest how battry back up of canon M50
Thanks Monor. I used 4 battery packs for the entire shoot.
beautiful cinematography
Can you share video setting? Awesome work
Amaizing video
Thanks
Amazing what u capture with that little camera just WOW
Hector Rivera thanks mate
Amazing job!! Really enjoyed it.
Thank you 😊
For moving shots where our subject too moves away from camera , does autofocus is used in such case.?
Yes I used autofocus in that scenario.
@@johnnychong ok now my doubt is clear .....thanks for your reply.😊
I love your footage
im using the canon m50 mark ii as my B cam, can you help me with the settings? how do we set up the b cam for weddings is it just manual focus for the ceremony only ? im a solo shooter so im worried it will go out of focus while im away.
What picture profile are you using for this video??
Neutral.
really nice n easy with ligth weight
Beautiful!
Thanks!
Wow!! Great work. ♥ Love the footage. Btw which profile style you're using?
Thanks! I think it was neutral profile.
Amazing! Done subscribe bro, btw, what colour profile you use?
Thanks for subscribing! It was just neutral PP.
can you please tell me how many batteries do you need whole day. As every days said m50 has very low battery life..
I used 4 of them
Beautiful Video! 👍❤️
What kind of lenses did you use? I was also wondering if this was filmed in 4k or 1080p because it is sharp. Great job ❤
Thanks for information, about this M50, please what microphone external i can use for best audio, thanks
Beautiful brother ❤ this was really beautifully done. What does the speed later reduce your aperture to?
Fantastic work. Did you bring in any of your own lighting or just use what was in the space? Also was this autofocus or manual. Thanks!
Thanks! I didn't use any lighting at all haha. Some scenes were pretty dark and noisy. Most of it was autofocus, only some were manual, like when revealing a scene behind a wall / subject.
Its good work bro i need to buy canone m50 and nikon z50 which one is the best for wedding days to record can u give me an advice
This was nice 👌
Thank you 😊
congratulations
Did you shoot this in 4k?
Hey Johnny, really amazing job. Did you use any gimbal for this video?
Yes I did. Feiyutech a1000
Very well done!! Could you please let me know if you shot this at 60fps? If so, was it shot at 1/125 shutter speed? Thx
Yes mate, I follow the 180 shutter rule. 1/125 when shooting 60p. Sometimes I drop to 1/100 when it gets too dark haha
Johnny Chong Thx a bunch for the response. I’m still new with the videography using m50. Your video encouraged me to shoot more with this small beast!
@@montreum2006 you're welcome!
Hey Johnny, First of all I really love your videos. I got one question, what Gimbal did you use for this? or do you use any? just curious.. thanks! more power bro.
Hey Kerry, thank you so much for your lovely feedback! Yes most of the moving shots were filmed using the FeiyuTech A1000.
Niceeeee 🥰
Hi bro, this stock lens?
What lenses do you use? So amazing!
I was using EF 24-70 f4 L with viltrox speed booster.
24-70 all the way?
@@wilson24p 95% 24-70, 5% 50 1.8
What do you judge about speed of auto focus of len 24-70?
It was as fast as other efm lenses
Awesome video bro 👍
Thanks bro!
Amazing footage quality 💯
Thanks man! I tried my best haha
Bro this is awesome! Will these lenses work on a t6i?
It was a canon M50. Check the description mate.
It works
What kind of sd card do you recommend?
can we get your profile settings for video and pictures??your video is really inspiring me to do better thank you 🙏🙏🙏🔥
Sure! It was shot on Neutral PP. Contrast, sharpness and saturation set to lowest. I didn't used any LUTS for this. Did some basic color adjustments and grading. That's it.
@@johnnychong would be great to see your video showing exact settings on M50 and grading. I’m going to a wedding in June 12th.
The lens is very expensive :”(
I bought a used one. Lens are pretty durable so second hand ones are not bad.
Hey I’m about to record a wedding using this same camara. Can you show me how to attach the speed booster and lenses?
Just attach the speedbooster adapter to the camera first, and then the camera lens to the adapater.
are you using a gimbal? & is that you using 2 cameras Canon M50?
I used a Canon M5 as my second camera. Only during the ceremony. Yea I was using a gimbal the whole time. Feiyutech A1000.
@@johnnychong thank you so much for the info. Your video inspired to make me more confident using m50 for wedding project.
Sweet 🥰
sweeeet
exquisite.
Thanks man!
Which lights did you use??
What is the battery life of camera in photo and video
What video settings you used ? So lovely great job
Neutral PP, lowest contrast, sharpness and saturation. Give you more flexibity in post
I love your video! What frame rate did you shoot in? 60fps?
La Marcus Goshen mixture of 60 FPS for B rolls and 24p for talking videos
Colour grading needed but looks good
Do you use audio recording?
All done, awesome. But how about the battery life? How many battery for all this frame you need?
I used 4 batteries in total. Hahaha
@@johnnychong ohahaha okay got it. Thank you bro 🦸
Nicely shot! Really enjoyed it. What was the minimum & maximum ISO used in this video?
Maximum ISO was 1600. I can already see some noise in the footages during the ceremony indoor.
Minimum was 100.
@@johnnychong I suppose it was during the ceremony, right? Could you please tell me what ISO, shutter speed and F stop you used while filmming the ceremony? A W E S O M E work!!
Amazing, did you use a speed booster and another lens or the kit?

Neutral PP, lowest contrast, sharpness and saturation. Give you more flexibity in post
Which lense did you use?
Mainly the 24-70 F4L and minimal use of the 50 1.8

Neutral PP, lowest contrast, sharpness and saturation. Give you more flexibity in post
Beautiful!but it is very long video ..
Did you shoot in 4k ? btw, you did a really great job man!
Saff 95 I believe 1080 60fps then slowed to 24
Did you use any gimbal with the combo of 25-70 and m50?
Yes i did, i used the feiyutech a1000 the entire time
@@johnnychong shot with 60fps then made it slow?
@@AwaisBilal yeap, slowed down to 40%
Did you use gimbal/stabilizer?
Yes I sure did! Feiyutech a1000
Did you use gimbal?
Yes mate 👍
Realny nice video:) What picture profile did you used?
Neutral PP
@@johnnychong what recording did you use? Did you use mic?
At how many FPS did you shoot for slow mo? 60?
Nitesh Sharma yes 60 FPS
@@johnnychong thanks for responding, can you share other settings like shutter, aperture and iso
Congratulations on the shoot. Really nice. Could use a little more work on color correction and color styling though, otherwise, really great job :)
Thanks man! I do feel the need to improve on the area that you've mentioned. Takes time to build an eye for color and style.
Are you serious you shooted whole video with m50 ??? Please reply I'm looking for m50 reviews
Yes just the m50!
Except for the drone shots of course
Hi, does the viltrox speedbooster soften the quality of the video? Or it is still sharp enough? While using 24-70 do you use f4 or wider?
It softens the footage a little bit but it's still usable in my opinion. I shot everything wife open at f2.8, the viltrox speedbooster gives an extra stop of light.
@@johnnychong i thought your lens was f4 sir? 24-70 2.8 po ba?
VengefulQueen Era Celestials using the eos m2 speedbooster allows it to have another stop in aperture
What len that You used?
Ef 24-70 f4 L
And Adapter?
@@putnaot2134 Viltrox EOSM2
24fps have very low stability
Your're right! Always good to use higher frame rate like 60 fps / 120 for smooth slomo footage.
I hope need more color grading
You mean I need more color grading?
Must be an American thing because in the UK you couldn’t get in their faces or walk down the isle behind or in front of them
Wan't it too dark for an f4 lens?
The speedbooster adds a stop of light, making it 2.8. but yes, there's definitely some limitations there. Some shots were quite noisy during the ceremony.
@@johnnychong thanks for quick response. Another question, are you using flat profiles to shoot this video?
@@toperyow yes mate, I was using cinestyle profile for all of the shots. It's great but the shadows might be a little grainy/noisy. I've switched to neutral profile with contrast, saturation and sharpness set to lowest for my later videos.
No no no way M50 did this 😢
It’s shot on the m50! For real
which lens did you use?
