Very good video. That DTC really gave a good direction on the problem.The tricky parts were the ECM still saying 100%, even though its charging controller is bad as well as the shaking of the engine at idle (many would have been chasing ignition/fuel issues).. The inability of the idling engine to comfortably drive the alternator at full output suggests the output current is varied a lot more than voltage. Thanks for uploading.
