FISHING IN MAY - EARLY JUNE

Fly fishermen will arrive at the Konnevesi at May and the beginning of June with streamers, and of course surf boards in their fly boxes. In the early summer, high water levels may present their own challenges to the fly fisherman, but keep in mind that big water means big fish.
We use the drift boats at some of the spots to make the fishing even more enjoyable.
Bring Streamers and caddis flies. Don’t forget the strong tippet for streamers, min 0,35mm.
Rod weight #7-#8 for streamers and #6 for small flies. Wading stick is good to have with.
