Purple belt here. I hit this wall and I can’t make it to class as much as others. White and blue belts get the best of me sometimes. These solo movements is sometimes that I have been tirelessly looking for and I believe that this will help me tremendously. Thank you for this invaluable content!

That’s great Juan, thank you 🙏. Try to get a few drills in everyday, even if it’s only 20mins, you will definitely notice an improvement soon if you are consistent. Good luck brother.S✌️

Hi Tom...Keep practising your solo drills, depth of your practise is so important, you learn so much when you’re in the process of doing the movements. 99% Practise - 1% Theory. Good luck brother...Sam✌️

You should do a video for grapling drills/flows with a partner or even kids.

Hey man great vid. You seem like a really chilled dude
I have had injury issues and love drilling and technique but a bit worried about rolling ext
Not sure whther to go back or not but I have been drilling instructional vids with my dummy a lot but not sure what to do
I need my fingers and shoulders working for my business and can't afford to get injured but I want to learn

I hope you heal up soon. You can definitely maintain your grappling specific movement and mobility with Solo Drills. I have also had a few injuries and had to take long periods of time off. The drills make it a lot easier to transition back in to rolling, obviously your timing etc will take time to come back. If you choose to roll again, make sure you take it easy and tap when necessary. Good luck!...Sam✌️

@@MovementForBJJ hey man thanks for your reply!
After a lot of consideration and reading other peoples injury experiences ext
I've decided I can handle physical injuries but I could not handle not being able to protect myself or my wife if something happened, and I couldn't because I quit because of some injuries. I'm the type of person to replay something a million times in my head, as I do with some past experiences. So I can handle physical pain but not knowing I could not protect myself or my wife
Thanks for your advice! I will go back for sure
