The pandemic has taught us real lessons that we should always prepare for the worse. Throughout of being staying at home, I never felt the impact because I have been investing and making alternative income while working in the office before. This was not an idea of my own but rather what I gained investing through Karen Asnin Whitby who is an expert broker and funnily, I came across her name on RUclips and searched for her online and today I can only thank her over and over again.
Irina has a sense of humour I like that. Great apartment especially the views on all sides. The second elevator is a nice touch as well. You should collaborate more with her Jason.

Jason, I totally enjoy your presentations that you do by yourself. I find that it’s more informative, it’s more on a personal level and I don’t feel “Sold”. You have a way of simply introducing home buys to their new home. Simply put, I enjoy when you alone take charge of the house tour and yes I am selfish for you. Keep up the good work.

How glamourous, and not just the mansion but also Irina. But when she walked close to the balcony in those high heels, that was scary. The mansion is the type of home for the rich who wants to FEEL RICH. WOW 🤗
I felt that too....is she going to stumble and get electrocuted by the bird rail? Probably the only feature I was not comfortable with (electric balcony rails).
The design is well thought out - the ability to "use your inside voice" on balconies 50 floors up is great! The views - boom! And the location - anything you want within minutes. I've seen units in this building - this one definitely stands apart. This video showcased all the key features very well - nice job!

This is a magnificent Jade Building Sky Villa with a billion-dollar view. Realtor Irina Alvarez is beautiful, elegant, and glamorous. She looks like the owner of the sky Villa. Jason, you were also elegant in your blue suit. I like the great room with the great view of the sea, I like the dining room with the beautiful chandelier, I like the master bedroom and master bathroom. Last I like the view of the green and blue sea from the balcony. The video has the right duration of 15 minutes.

Is it common for these properties to have what this unit has with the balconies being electrified? Around 4:06 she explains about the little strip on the railing. That seems like an accident waiting to happen if you just so forget to tell your guest that at a certain time of the day the house will kill you if you touch the railings of the balcony.
I was thinking the same! Don't think it's lethal though, but still. What if you forget it after 6pm and just want to go out for a smoke and put your hand in there.

They said they were for demo purposes only...does that mean you don't have access? 2. The electric bird fence - can you turn it off? If it is on between 6-6, does that mean you can't lean on your own railing during that time?

I live in a condo down the street on the 19th floor and it's scary af being on the balcony. I can't imagine being on 50+ floor.
