    Even for me Celsius could soon be a buy, the company has a huge potential. As you say in the video it is like a small Monster that can very well grow in double digits for a good few years

    Monster was a really good missed opportunity for most of us, but buying now I can't see how could it be so good at this point already... Who would've said a beverage company would grow *so* much, even more than Alhpabet? Just wow... Anyway, interesting as always and thanks!

      Thank you! If they paid a decent dividend, I could’ve seen the demand, but at this price it’s indeed not that attractive. 👍

    Great video as always Andrew, it's interesting to see if Monster's 3 billion buyback will be used for a future acquisition. In my opinion there is still a lot of potential for Monster, having the network of Coca Cola bottlers puts them at a great advantage over other brands, and the acquisitions they have made so far seem well-motivated to me. With the exception of 2022, where due to inflationary pressures and the high price of aluminum, operating efficiency has decreased, the company is still growing in double digits. In my opinion, over time Monster can increasingly become a value company, with slow but stable growth, which repays shareholders with buybacks and dividends.

      Thank you! I can see that happening, to be fair. The market may not be a fan at first, but that could create some buying opportunity 👍

      @@Investing_With_Andrew Yes, certainly in the event of an acquisition there could be a lot of volatility. I also wanted to ask you, since you are certainly much more experienced than me, why do you say that it doesn't make much sense to see equity in companies like Monster, while instead it makes much more sense in mining companies etc?

    • @Investing_With_Andrew
      @Investing_With_Andrew  Месяц назад

      That's because miners rely on physical assets that are always on the balance sheet, while their brand is irrelevant. Monster on the other hand doesn’t include its brand value (which is almost impossible to calculate and depends on how much a potential buyer would pay for it) on the balance sheet. In reality, the brand alone could be worth let’s say $25 billion for a potential buyer like Coca Cola. Unlike a mine/truck/etc. though, they can’t sell a piece of that brand to offset some liability. I hope it’s clear ☺️

    Appreciate the in depth analysis... I agree, SOFI is starting to look interesting. I am also long on First Pacific Co.
    Wondering if you've ever looked into GRAB holdings or AMBEV?

      I looked into BKR in this video ruclips.net/video/EMuqF1Jpr80/видео.html
      The idea is similar to be honest. I like PR as well. I don’t know much about LW
