    Hello. can you please share the dimensions of the brackets?

      Unfortunately this vehicle has been sold off with the templates for the brackets. This was all made to fit on the vehicle as the whole job was just made. Might be best to measure what's there and the fabricate

    Wicked project! I'm inspired. May I know how much it cost you to have the plate and brackets manufactured? A hidden winch is a way to go I reckon, it's protected from the elements when not in used. Good job!

      Apologies for the late response. Cost $60 for the winchplate from Mudstuck and $100 for the angle brackets

    It appears you have put a lot of thought into the winch cradle, but those m8s and m8 riv nuts are not up to the task.

      I had the same thought hence all the stiffners and extra bolts going into the chassis and winch plate to stiffner. Did a run out at Thornton Beach, got stuck, put close to full load on the winch and didn't move at all. Will know more after more recoveries but so far so good 👍 😊

      M8 bolts has shear strength of 14.1 KN. One of the bolts will shear at roughly 1.4 ton. 5 bolts either side Plus the angle cross member I have in behind the chassis should hold up
