Publicité mensongère votre poussette ne sera jamais accepté en cabine. J’en ai fais l’expérience et d’autres maman aussi. La seule chose que Cybex vous proposera c’est un bon de 20% pour acheter une autre poussette chez eux. Pas d’échanges, pas de remboursement. Déception totale

Bonjour, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez eu des problèmes avec notre siège et la compagnie aérienne. Notre poussette Eezy S Twist+ 2 est une poussette compacte qui peut rentrer dans notre sac de voyage, elle est donc généralement acceptée en cabine. Toutefois, chaque compagnie aérienne appliquant ses propres conditions, il faut toujours vérifier avant le vol avec votre compagnie aérienne. Particularité de cette poussette, le siège et le châssis sont facilement séparables donc vous pouvez aussi donner le châssis au personnel avant de monter à bord et de garder le siège avec vous en cabine pour le protéger.
