I'd be suprised if Nashville doesn't use all of the cap space they have to go after someone, even if it is just on a short term deal. 26M in cap space is a lot to play with, and with who they have been connected too, I can't see them not landing at least one of those players

Every sport, the draft is the best event they all offer, imo. And I pretty much consume all the content I can for every league. And at least the leagues are getting on board with how “big business” the draft and prospects are now. For years, it was like a niche thing.
Ducks have said they r getting top 4 d & top 6 forward. Domi isn’t a top 6 player and our 3rd line will consist of Killorn Strome & Vatrano so he doesn’t fit imo. So 1 on each d & forward that u recited elsewhere will end up in Anaheim. Plus we still have to hit the cap floor.
Stammer is close with Killorn, his family will want a beach city, he played for Verbeek (assistant GM and head of player personnel) and the Ducks can afford him and give him the bag/ a great role leading/mentoring high level talent.
Toronto needs to take a crack at Gibson. Without goaltending it’s another first round exit. They also need a defenseman. Montour or Tanev could have an impact.
The pick i agree the most with is MTL getting none of these guys, teams have a tendency to extremely overpay in early free agency and you do not want to sign other horrible contracts while deep in rebuild before getting rid of the horrible contracts you are already stuck with (Dvorak, Armia, Gallagher, Anderson). Draft, draft, draft, late cheap low risk signings and sneaky good trades until the team is out of the bottom 10 of the league.
Stammer is staying with Tampa.....JBB is not Yzerman and negotiates contracts differently (thus the animosity). However, IU see a future where Stammer becomes a GM for Tampa and end up drafting his son (and Hedman could be coach).....the speculation is fun, but ultimately it makes sense that Stamkos stays for around 7.5 for 4 years
Why does everyone have a LHD attached to Ottawa? They’re already stupid stacked on LD. I will agree that they need a punishing defenseman, but they can probably find that on the right side that could compliment Chabot or Chychrun if one or the other stay in Ottawa.

It's so annoying that Davidson has taken this anti Kane stance and won't bring him back to Chicago. It makes the MOST sense out of any of the forwards on the market in terms of timeline, money, term, positional need, all of it. You were gifted a generational talent and you put him on an island offensively and he's the sole focus of opposing defenses on a nightly basis. Kane wants to come back, it helps Bedard, the fans want it...I just don't get it
