Taiko is one of the most exciting forms of music and this short documentary provides a window into Taiko. The Film explores how Taiko is Taught in Schools and connects with some of the best Taiko clubs in the world also you see how children are using Taiko and music to recover from the trauma of the Tsunami.
This is Lee Furness fist film and will witness his naivety throughout, however you will also see how Lee has managed to bring together an interesting moving and up lifting film

It's funny, I always thought that was a North American innovation (a way around not having as much access to the instruments). Imagine my surprise when I saw the idea in a Japanese school! It's truly a global world.

Thanks Boo that's very kind. It was my first attempt at anything like it and in parts I'm embarrassed by it, out of focus, poor sound and over the top presenting by myself, but also i'm hugely proud of it and had so much fun making it good luck with your assignment
