I like it for two reasons great musicianship and stellar production i honestly dont underatand why more bands in all extreme genres dont go for better production

Some like it raw
It's all about balance. Overproduced albums are equally as bad as poorly produced in my opinion. (This one isn't though.) Especially in grind, you have to have some kind of a dirty sound in a way, or else it's not grind anymore. Some bands go for "full grind sound" and some don't. As for other extreme genres I don't know, but you can't expect clean sound from grindcore.
Sounds like Hi-Fi but feels like Lo-Fi is my motto... and I'm the guy who mixed this album so cheers!
i think it really depends on the band in question. if it's more punk influenced grind like birdflesh or mass grave, i think a slightly lower produciton quality ads to the overall ambiance of the album. on the other hand, more metal influenced grind such as this and, say, the berzerker really do benefit from the higher quality production because they tend to be a bit more technical. and before anyone gets butthurt, i said "technical" not "talented". plenty of bands can have a metric fuck-ton of talent but prefer to play fast and easy songs because that's just their preference.

A01 MEPHITIC
A mist of stench swaddling the world. Mephitic. Reek, fetor, senses decimated. The stench of death negating the lively. Redolence and mephitis. Rotten carcasses piling in the streets, malodor. Pungent rancid smell, obliterating murk, rotten in the fucking womb.
A02 CARCAN
Constrained. Shackles. Prisoner of all, prisoner of the none. One shall not, one cannot. Restrained and oppressed, stuck in a dead zone. Breaking free and see the light, Being self-enchained. Cut the leash. Immobile in the shackles, just left to death in an endless maze. Flee, avoid , these walls they made.
A03 EXPIRATION IN ROT
Rot in pace, expiating, drop by drop, piece by piece. Age has worked, age has ground, nothing but misery. Body decaying, cognition fucked, backward path. Expiration in rot. Stench, dementia, old, useless. Diving in the grave, dying in shame. Aged, castigated, a fetid concern.
A04 DASEIN
Trying to bright and to enlighten. Cornered in network, arid existence. Nihilistic pulses drown positivism. I try to be, pretend to be. Soulless phantom, an empty shell.
A05 MALFUNCTION
Total defect, oblivion impairment, crushing the system. Welded in a room without windows.
The barrier. Cripple inside. An unknown system, angst, torpor. Futile parasites crawling, starving, striving. The link has been cut. Breathing has stopped.
A06 PILON
Fatigue swallows up this world of shit. Hammering existence. Anchored in the depth, choking, drowning, on the weight of death. Daily grind is a massive lie. Bossons, fumons, creuvons, sous le poid du pilon. Creuvons. Another day of pure torture, leaving shelter, life's a burner. Crack your heart and strain your mind. Back in a black hole.
A07 FOMENTATION
Buzzing eardrums, a swarm of hate. Nauseous headache, a rain of shame. The lowest fumes are traveling. Mad instincts are rising. Talk talk talk until the fall. Radical dive into schizophrenia, the worst of fates, embrace paranoia. Fomentation a scenery. Stigmatization, phantasmagoria. Fuck the world.
A08 OOZING MEDIA
Brain deformity exited by the media. Bent humanity, pus oozing on a shadow-play. Hear nothing, see nothing, say nothing, think nothing. Injected cognitive filth. Fake news fake world. Just stare and hear, the words they smear. Oozing media, info warfare, mass lobotomy.
A09 WHO'S TO BLAME ? WHAT'S TO BLAME ?
Who's to blame ? What's to blame ? Ouroboros. From poor laws to war anti-drugs. Lower classes, bent, burdened, doomed to fail . Capitalized, dehumanized, hidden behind. Moguls versus scapegoats, this ain't called a fight. Push down those in need, let them drown in misery. Fuck governments, fuck them all.
A10 INNER VOID
Penetrate into an empty well. Self nothingness, a stellar void, an inner space. Endless fall in the black black pit. Lost inside, death ray. Inner void, trapped inside, alienated in a prison of flesh. Burn. Cold empty bitter, a deep crevasse, the dark grid. Execution, hung in void. Dead inside, made of dark matter, drilled to the inner void.
B01 CIRCLE 9
To those who rightfully betrayed, whose names have been erased. Circle 9 awaits, circle 9 we praise. Anthenora's throne. Stab the back a faceless ghost that made you its scapegoat. One way to this hell, black hoods and brilliant thoughts. Destroy what's supposed to nurture?
B02 GUEULES CASSEES
An awkward smile with lazy eyes, repulsive features, a war hero. Hammer smashed face, hammer of war. Warm flesh statues, disfigured icons. Identity loss in the name of a nation, such a revealing portrait. Wounded, burdened, haunted and sentenced. They are hell and they are war, they are hidden, unsilent. But they remain the true face of humanity. Remember the nasty faces, remember the ugly ones. Governmental surgeons. Gueules cassées, gueules cassées.
B03 IN THE LIMBS OF EVIL
Rotten flesh, diluvian sludge. In the limbs of evil rest the men, odious men. Sickminded, deathwish. Creuvez tous, creuvez tous.
B04 ENDLESS DISCUSSION TOWARD MEANINGLESS CONSENSUS
Lost in time. Hourglass, stop, you're done. Your words are vanishing, the tears of vomit dripping down your mouth. Humdrum, worthless.Endless discussion, meaningless consensus. An absurd attention, Tedious oration. Monotone beings, sucking their own dicks. Please stop talking.
B05 APOPLEXY
The earth has been raped. So many building, so much concrete, all these avid leeches sucking up the core. Occlusion of resources, dying earth. Minor cancer of universe, endemic suicide. The great implosion, Gaïa at the gallows.
B06 CHIEN DEDANS, CHAT DEHORS
You may be a cat, you may be a dog. One may ask to be this, one may ask to be that. You may be nothing, you may be everything. You might live your life, but most likely another one. Dog inside, cat outside, lost everywhere.
B07 RAW RABID BRUTALITY
Top notch social Darwinism at its paroxysm, dealt with blood, cracked skulls and broken teeth. Rabid dogs, primal instincts unleashed by the capital. Brutality is a ladder each step on a broken jaw. Cold dead bodies, death marches on the streets. Install misery, create a need and watch them bleed. Brutality.
B08 MARY TYPHOIDE DE LA PENSEE
Ha la belle rhétorique. Chouette prose, sacrés videos. Ils ont pas l'air si con, du vomi sort de leurs cerveaux. Ca veut palper du fric, s'enrichir sur la haine. A rain of pills over the world unfertilizing a putrid soil. The disease spreads on the planet, the virus persists, humanity is such a shame why would it exist? RU486. Abort the world and destroy all pro-lifers. What's the aim to keep alive such stupid beings? If one can be a pro-filer, all hail RU486.
B10 STARVING CAMPAIGN
Fat Folks, all can eat buffet fuckery. Overconsumption when some are starving in silence. Gross humans skinned to bones. Degeneration, abundance for hogs. Unbalanced share of the goods, monetary dystopia as a rule. A disgusting ease, drowning in the grease. Scrawny dying men, miles and miles away. Global Starving campaign.
