Got this plug in yesterday, def crispy and punchy , it reminds me of the tone you hear from Anderson Paak.

Also, thank you for thinking about time signatures others than 4/4. I feel like a lot of drum plugins drop the ball there. 🫶🏼

Did you program all those beats using the Beatmaker portion of the plugin or did you capture midi from drummer? I asking cause those patterns are crazy good. Maybe you've covered this in another video...I'm just saying you're a damn good drum programmer.
All programmed in the beatmaker 👍 Once you get use to it it has become the fastest and easiest way to make beats!
You guys should make an Organ Kontakt library. Maybe based off something like the Hammond B3

The drum programming on these is amazing, feels so natural. How were they programmed? Just curious if it's a mix of pad drumming, + adjustement or any other technique?

Sounds cool. So basically like what we did with our Gaspard synth trilogy (Scarbo/Ondine/Le Gibet) but with a lot more controls other than Mood/Movement and ADSR? Is that what you mean?

Hey, I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but is it possible to play the individual parts of the kit with e-drums or MIDI keyboard like superior drummer? I'm not used to this way of making "beats". Love the sound of soulfi
yeah you can play any kit's individual hits as notes an octive lower than what he's playing (as identified in the red keyboard animation) Each drum is velocity sensitive and are mapped to a key. Not sure if you can midi map other non-keyboard devices though. I'd be curious to know this too

it seems to me that either these drums can not be processed, they will fit perfectly into the mix anyway🤔
Not totally understanding what you are saying here.
I'll attempt to though. All the beats we made in the beatmaker come with intentionally selected drum kits as well as their own recipe of processing done inside of Soulfi. You can always clear the sound design and just get the raw sound. But they are meant to be mix-ready.
The drums can also be processed individually externally in your DAW by using our multi-output routing system by sending each drum to a different audio channel in your DAW giving you full control over the mix 👍
@@teletoneaudio I apologize for my English, it's not my native language, what I meant is that the drums are so high quality that I don't think I need any plugins to process these drums, thank you for your detailed answer, all your libraries are very high quality, always waiting for new products from you.
