I noticed that I had become very weak and could hardly walk until my sons encouraged me to start exercising! One of my son's was a fitness trainer. I am going to send this video to him. I think that he will appreciate it! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AWESOME EXERCISE ROUTINE! I now follow you daily and use at least one of your videos every day! This is one of my favorites!

Hi Claudia hi coach Cowher this is one of my consistent video work out with you guys biceps triceps and back Claudia always laugh when you say that was terrible I say the same thing!!..LOL but I can honestly say that you guys taught me truly how to breathe and fight through the burn I think I mastered the breathing enter burning in a short time I'm able to get through it upping the weight thank you guys have a blessed day and every day
Today was my first time using a barbell with you guys (or ever!) -- a mental barrier I've had in my fitness journey, crossed off the list. :) Thank you so much for the fantastic workout -- my arms are beat!
I love working out with you guys so much. As much as I enjoyed this exercise, it did put some strain on my back when we were bent over with the weights. Can you guys please give me some pointers on how to relieve some of this tension? I need to work on strethening my back also. My back was always weak, but after my pelvic injury its gotten worse. Thank you for your time guys :)
yeah ive done these workouts and they are good, but you have to understand that you need to watch form. in this one Kozack says at some point that he will go up in weight even if his form suffers, wich is a horrible thing to say specially when you are a personal trainer. form is KING. you never go up in weight if it means that your form will suffer, because it means that you cant handle that weight and will call upon other muscles or weird motion to deal with said weight. so watch form no matter what, even if the coach does otherwise. also resting periods are far too short for strength training. 15 seconds is nothing speacially if you are going up in weights, specially if you are doing supersets. this will affect your form also. take longer periods of est and always watch your form

I did most of the workout with resistance bands instead of weights. Not sure if it is a good thing but I did get a good workout and only had to modify minor things. I hope they can put up more resistance band videos.
that's the first time I have tried those reverse wrist curls. killer! but I felt it add an extra pop to the biceps, which is a good thing. will have to do those regularly with my bicep workouts.
Oh yeah! I'm definitely gonna fee that tomorrow. Quick question: when you say 5 lb dumbbell do you mean 5 lb each or the weight of both combined should be 5 lb? I love what you're doing.😊
Luckily I took your advice and lowered my weight for the T I &Y swings. Those and the curls where you had to flex your wrist midway were killers for me
