First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Second time completed this week. Originally selected far too heavy dumbells so risked poor form and injury. Reduced the weight by a couple of kgs per dumbell today and was able to get a better workout in and felt like I worked the muscles more. 💪 Still unbelievably tough though so dropping by another couple of kgs again wouldn't hurt. Good video, especially in this Coronaland we live in at the moment.
whenever I need to give my legs a break, I do this workout.... for example, I am recovering from a 10-mile run from yesterday, so this was great!! Thank you!!
Wowee! My back and biceps were torched after this! 💪🔥 I added this workout onto the end of a 40 min. strength and conditioning workout (mostly leg-focused) , because I was wanting more for my upper body, too. It made for a pretty long and intense workout session today, but I was up for it! I had a good night's sleep last night, and it is my day off today, so I had plenty of energy 😁. Yay! I loved this one, and it is going into my bookmarked fav's for upper body. Thanks guys, you're the best!! 😉💖

I finished this and your another 20 min chest workout and I think the strength training workouts of yours are very, very challenging to me. However, I really love them so much! It always hurts badly, but I feel so great mentally. I will workout with you more often. Thank you. :)))
Well I had increased my weight with both of the 17 min strength workouts and did the advanced. Now with this one I had to drop my weights☹️ it was killer! I’m determined to get just as good at this one. It took me two months with the other ones(having not worked out) in hoping it won’t take me as long with this one. My goal:to have Linda Hamilton’s physique from t2!!!
This is my 2nd workout with you and i must say I’ve never sweat so much during an arm workout! Your words are motivating. The only downside to doing your workouts is i can’t play music on my phone at the same time that I’m working our to your video 😉

HASfit Thank you for all that you do for the fitness world. I like that you show a lower intensity or modification move for each exercise. I do the same in my classes. The woman like that. Some said that I make it look so easy but it took lots of reps to get each move correct and in good form. My motto, ' go light to get it right, not heavy or you'll be unsteady'.

coach just finished this workout I have build a good amount of mass since I bulked and done workouts for muscles but along the way I got fatter time to do your weight loss workouts keep up the good work
If you've been gaining body fat then the problem is more than likely your diet. You can't outwork a bad diet no matter how many weight loss workouts you do so be careful! Keep up the hard work.
