Simple Minds have been musical pioneers for 40 glittering years. First song I heard was Don't You from a 12 inch vinyl single in 1988, I thinknit was a reissue. Playing on a p.o.s. portable record player in the classroom during lunch break. I was 10 years old

Just a fantastic, tight band! A bass player that can play chords versus single notes is extraordinare!!!!! At 73 I still get chills!!

1985 I started my education to become a high school teacher. I'm still working in a high school. The Breakfast Club movie and the soundtrack blew my mind in tears. I sympathize so with the character and felt their agony. I became determent to do my best as a professional educater.
