Florida's one and done is about to see a a bruins team with top center etc compared to a bridge year this past season.
Lindholm is not a top center, he was a 3c in vancouver and a 2c in calgary. He had one good season in his career playing with gaudreau and tkatchuk. Other then that very mid tier player.

@@michaella5799 His defencive prowess will help cover for Pasta's blunders when they happen though. Not every AHL player could put up those points with Pasta lol, ya goof.
Great bit and insight about Kastelic learning to kill penalties. It's an opportunity for the player to extend their game whilst giving some of the top 6ers a rest. Indeed.

Swayman will sign. He is a restricted free agent.
Now, should Sweeney possibly be more cognizant about Swayman’s future? That’s a valid debate.
But Swayman’s options, for now, as a RFA, are to negotiate, request arbitration, or “hold out” with the potential to receive no compensation and no experience if he’s stubborn about it.
Swayman will sign for 2024-25 with the Bruins. Hopefully longer, but undoubtedly for this upcoming season.
Any takes to the contrary are uninformed, overly emotional, and/or stupid.
While some fans will bemoan the failure to replace DeBrusk, I think Sweeney makes a good point. Signing Zadorov could liberate McAvoy and/or (Hampus) Lindholm to contribute more on offense, without sacrificing defensive responsibility.

5-1-2-2-2-1…the amount of goals per game for the Bruins vs the Panthers. Debrusk gone. Heinen gone. 36 goals gone. Who’s going to score for this team after Pasta? Kastelic? Jones? Secondary scoring was available in the 5 million range. The Bs had 6 D at the ready.
Heinen had 1 assist in the playoffs. Debrusk can now go play in front of his dad and was streaky at best. Lindholm is in. He put up more points then both of them combined in the post-season following one of his worst seasons ever. Bruins are making good moves. 💪
It's time for Lysell or Poitras to step up. It's time the Bruins let their youth play......Brazeau, poitras, Lohrei, Beecher, Freddie and Lysell need to be given a chance. Enough signing guys to take the youths spot.
Next man up , it's an opportunity for someone to fill in that position
Lindholm and Zadorov potentially bring in 30, zacha maybe more effective as a wing with Lindholm at center. This team is better then last year and that team was expected to be a wild card / lottery team.
The biggest problem now is Swayman isn't signed. Seems like that should have happened already

Hes not gonna get third line minutes with Joshua and Garland. He's gonna get minutes with Pasta and on the top pp. He will get 70 pts plus and Pasta will get 50. Plus he wanted to come to Boston
