What you are calling a plate rack is actually a record rack. You'd stack your albums in them back in the 60's and 70's

I don’t remember what exactly we paid but I know was no more than $50 or I wouldn’t have bought. 😃
And you can find miniatures like furniture etc. at thrift stores or in sale in Michaels and hobby lobby.

Those gold spoons are iced tea spoons. The shell shape is so pretty.
Just in case no one told you blue curtains fade badly,they are beautiful but for some reason the sun fades them badly. If you can find liners it will save them , if not make liner out of thrifted sheets. Blue and white are so traditional and cozy. Enjoy

Beautiful haul. I’m actually picking up Raggedy Ann & Andy dolls from private seller. I’m not sure if they’re vintage but that’s ok. Brings back childhood memory of my grandma making an Ann for me in the 60’s!

Better homes has very good recipes with was a present I received from my mom when I got married and it got me a lot of compliments on meals I made. Good potato salad recipe and lasagne.😊

This summer i've been on hunt for 3 things a 1960 -1970's sears bonnet french provincial dresser with white laminate top & tan on dresser either 6-8 drawers with gold handles i wanna use it in my kitchen as a buffet & will be painting it white & handles black i have a smaller cabinet that matches it from same era & looking for a set of 8 ceramic or porcelain rooster country plates or blue & white floral set & a oval shaped all wood coffee table with shelve under it still not see any while thrifting i wanna buy them used i love to get a deal its so exciting

Bought 2 beautiful oak Broyhill end tables for our daughter for her new house. Shes going to use them in her family room. Retail $349.00 each... Goodwill price $24.99 each. They look brand new and was a great find!

The old style ice cream scoop is a good find. I have an old style one that I use to serve our mashed potato. It serves out lovely tidy scoops on each plate.
I love seeing your hauls…so glad you’re able to find some cute things. I’ve had such a thrifting dry spell where I live. We have a few goodwills and one other thrift store. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to find anything I consider very cute, in the vintage or decor department. So I’m getting my exciting thrifting fix vicariously through you! 😄
The only thing i thrifted this summer is a beautiful blue & white plaid vase about 10" tall, which i love! It was a little pricey, but i really wanted it❤ You had a great haul! About 10 yrs ago, I painted 2 end tables light blue. I still love them!❤
I have a rack that holds records just like you purchased. I use mine to store the lids to my pots and pans. You did a fantastic job on your new bookcase. It really looks nice in your living room. The sunglasses are so cute. You look terrific in all of them. Great haul.
🤗...love thrifting vids! Two things ive thrifted this yr that i was so excited to find is a vintage bakers rack for the kitchen and a vintage double magazine rack for displaying my vintage cook books in the kitchen. Instantly added charming personality to the kitchen!

If you take a bundt pan and invert it, you can paint it orange with copper highlights, put moss in middle and add something for a stem. Makes cute pumpkins. I found an old vintage small one and it came out darling.
Nice finds! I like the bookcase and color that you chose. I have the same color on a vintage cabinet that I use for my dollhouses.

I've always thought the Wrought Iron furniture was so pretty painted white and sitting in a garden The white wicker furniture looks like pieces that would be sitting on the front porch of a large Victorian home. I collect old kitchen utensils, most are red handled. I have the wood handled ice cream scoop but it's old g doesn't have the release on it. My pastry cutter has the red handle, i just collect the of ones for decor. I want to coffee the green handled ones, & other colors if i find them. I have a collection of the copper jelly molds. I really like the ones with the brass piece to hang them, i do have that bundt pan on you picked up. My kitchen was very small where we're moving from & i didn't have room to collect cook books, i hope when we find our place it'll have a nicer kitchen. I just want to collect the Better Homes. My mom had one for as long as I could remember, very nostalgic🥹 If I could have a library in my home, it would be full of old books! I loved the regency era looking one you picked up! It would go perfect with the regency era pieces i have, i have a photo of the soldiers in the uniform on their horses like the front of the book. The gold mirrors were gorgeous!❤ I have a large ornate wooden one painted white, i really want a gold one! The flower painting was stunning💐 I love to decorate a Victorian doll house, but it gets so expensive! The wire rack is actually a vintage album holder, i had 2 silver cooked ones under my stereo as a teenager😊 But Its a great piece to hold plates, pot lids, files on a desk.. very useful piece. OMG love the little pictures so much.. they are "Blue Boy" originally painted in 1770, and "Pinky" originally painted in 1794.. by two different artist, but there's a whole story about them & how they became a pair. I have a large set from 1940's and a figurine set, I want a small set & more figurines. I just love them! I love to collect that type of Victorian looking art & the figurines. I would google Lens them to see what the age is on them, they look like they could be vintage. And the original Blue Boy is with over $9million!!! Crazy right? I have some pieces i was given & some thrifted really cheap worth a little, found out by google Lens😉 I love anything old & made of wood, large or small..i just love wood! I have 3 separate wooden shelf pieces, all are very knife size. I use them for my decor & books, i mix then together. Except my 1950's encyclopedias, the same exact set my mom always had on her book shelf! I also have a 1870's step back cupboard that i use the top shelves for decor & the bottom doesn't have a shelf but has doors so i use it for storage for all my extra throws. Its pretty deep & tall so I'm planning to put puck lights in the top shelves so you can see all my decor! The little shelf came out really cute! Looks so good with all the books in it too. I have four pair. One at the front door. One at the back door. One in the garage. And one in the car.
I am sent these sunglasses to review for my viewers! I do not keep them all, that would definitely be way too many for me personally! I gift the extras to friends and family who can wear them 😊
