YES I HAVE 3 BICENTENNIAL QUARTERS AND 1 HAS A MINT MARK AND THE OTHER 2 DON'T AND THE ONE WITH THE MINT MARK IS VERY SHINY BUT I DON'T KNOW WHY!! HELP!!
You should definitely take pictures of it and send it to you your local coin shop or actually just stop in and talk to these guys they know a little bit but definitely take pictures of it real close up and post them

I got 6 1 has silver finish uncirculated and 1 has doubling on the back
