Her voice is like an angel she did keith whitley's song justice.
💯
Keith is way way better
Truly beautiful! You don't get 27 Grammy Awards for nothing.
This is a Keith Whitley song. You should watch his official video of this. We lost Keith some years ago but this song is one of his best.
“Old Mr. Webster could never define, what’s being said between your heart and mine….” Is one of my favorite lyrics of all time. There are no words in the dictionary to explain how she feels.
This sweet lady is nothing but class 😅. She is my songbird 😅❤❤❤. You can listen to her alone or with other people and she has such perfection. She gives it her all. Perfect pitch everytime 😊. I have seen her live many times and hopefully I will get another chance 😮😮. You definitely get your money's worth. Love to meet and speak to this lovely lady 💋💋💋.
Alison Krauss is truly an American treasure. As you said, her voice is angelic. She’s a fabulous fiddle player and has won 27 Grammys and a host of other awards. Her duet with Brad Paisley, Whiskey Lullaby, is both beautiful and one of the saddest songs in country music. In addition to all that, she’s recorded 2 albums with Robert Plant, lead singer of Led Zeppelin. Raising Sand won Album of the Year at the 2009 Grammys. The song Gone, Gone, Gone has a retro rock pop vibe: ruclips.net/video/9YVRxAX6fwg/видео.html
Also her gospel albums.
27 Grammys!!! Enough said!!
From the first time I ever heard her voice I thought it was the voice of an Angel. Funny, how so many of us know this. Yet, how many of us have heard an Angel? We must have. This is one of my favorite songs. Glad you two had a chance to hear it.
You can tune an instrument to this voice. Her pitch control is perfect.
One of the purest voices you'll ever hear. Not auto-tune needed. Just God given talent.
Alison krauss the children of the Allegheny mountains listen to that 2 it is a tearjerker
In tears! Amazing vocals by Alison 😅❤
What I love about the video is it includes about every type of deep true love, not just romantic.
TRUST ME on BOTH tracks,, Alison Krauss "Ghost In This House" & Also,, Alison Krauss & Union Station "Man Of Constant Sorrow" ❤
Gorgeous voice & song. Yes, Alison Krauss, but those Union Station guys deserve a lot of credit for helping set the mood!
Action always speaks louder than words!
If you react to more of Alison, you will probably get a chance to see her playing the violin. Gosh she is so so talented.. singing, writing and playing an instrument. Her initial genre was blue grass.. then she crossed into country. But, she and the guys are absolutely marvelous in their harmonies and the blue grass sound. Thanks for doing this one. Yall have a great weekend!
Fiddle!!!!
@@nanayoung3932 you are exactly right!! Ive just noticed that most people don't know what a fiddle is, so I say violin.. she's great though right?!?
@@TexasPicklz bluegrass at it's best!
Allison was my babysitter as a child, many memories of her playing her fiddle as she watched me.
Ghost In This House is another great one from Allison!
Listen to her sing with Vince Gill, “Go Rest High”. It’ll bring you to tears.
Goes to show. Actions speak louder than words.😊
27 Grammys and few know her name.
She's expected to tour 2023 with Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin).
Listen to their Gone, Gone, Gone. So fun.
My favorite Bluegrass artist. I go to her concerts and am the only brother there ✊🏿💪🏿
I have loved this song my whole life, Keith's version and Allison's. I know Keith's proud of her for doing such an amazing job on it!!!❤
Ilove your honesty for great powerful music. If you want another great song, of the 70's it is MARY MCGREGOR "TORN BETWEEN TWO LOVERS". This was my favorite cruising around town with the windows down when I was a teen..
Angelic. Beautiful! Please do her duet with Brad Paisley “Whiskey Lullaby“ 💕😭
WOW! You all nailed Allisons voice a "whisper from an Angel"!!!! TY!! been searching for a description of her voice to be able to get others to listen to her. YOU BOTH nailed it and may have even coined it! "Whispering Angel"
Whoa! You guys pulled back the curtain and gotcha a peek at Heaven=)
You'd love their song called Atlanta. It's very soulful and one of my favorites.
She has an amazing voice, bluegrass singer
Great reaction to a great song and artist. Saw her in concert with my mom and she was Amazing. 😊😀😁
She’s amazing, but I love the original because Keith Whitley wrote and sang this with the emotion saying he wrote it. I do love this. Whiskey Lullaby and Jacobs Dream are my two favorite songs of her. If you want to cry, both will tear you up!
I love this song.
I sang this at a friend's wedding.
I sat on the back of a pick up truck with her when we were both teens and she was amazing then.
You The Lucky One? 😊
I would go see her in concert, with or without musicians.
union station backing her up is amazing
What a gift. Many of us feel this, but lack the talent to express it, the way Miss Allison does……
She has done quite a few collaborations with Robert Plant also. I know y'all enjoy Led Zeppelin.
Another song with a very similar message is, "More Than Words" by Extreme. If you haven't listened to it, you should. You will love it.
Her early bluegrass was the best! "Every Time You Say Goodbye" and then two of my newer times fav...."Restless" and "Lucky One"
You need to hear her sing Jacob’s Dream with only a guitar accompanying
I love her! ✌❤🎶
Best Keith Whitley cover ever!!!!!!
Keith was great.🙏💗
This is a gorgeous cover of Keith Whitley's song. You should also check out the original. Both beautiful, with a different vibe. She sings like an angel.
You both are great together! Thanks for doing this fabulous song!
The original is excellent also.
What a song for those eternal lovers
So heart felt ♥
Alison Krauss is an American treasure. She's won 27 Grammy awards. I've been lucky enough to see her in concert four times. Her voice is like a warm hug.
Please dive into her library of songs. You won't be disappointed.
Iconic! Played at a lot of weddings.
❤❤❤❤❤I LOVE THIS SONG
The old sayin actions speak louder than words in a song. Her first country single after crossing over from bluegrass a cover by the legendary Keith Whitley
I added when you listened to Tarzan boy … thank you for letting all colors connect thanks sooooo much
I love this song
What an awesome talent and she definitely has the voice of an Angel
Y’all are right. Allison has an angelic voice! Please check out Keith Whitley doing the same song. I think he did the original version. It’s totally different, but also awesome!
Y'all will enjoy her rabbit hole.
This is one of my favorite songs. It literally speaks to my soul. ❤
One of the best
She has the most powerful soft voice
Truly an Angel
Me and my husband danced to this song at our wedding
Such a beautiful couple and with great content!!
Fantabulous
I love her voice and singing style. It's been said so many times, she's got the voice of an angle. This is one of my favorites by her. I really like all the stuff she's been doing with Robert Plant the last few years,it great to see and hear him in another genre of music as well.
The lady collects Emmy Awards like most people change underwear. 27 I believe.
2 words....love her!!!! 🎶🎵💚
Just love watching yall enjoying good music ❤
Beautiful!
Wish y'all could do more of her!
Love your guy’s reaction. It was easy to tell you enjoyed the song so I enjoyed watching you react TT
You need to react to "You" live with Allison Kraus and Bonnie Raitt. Simply beautiful ❤
Oh 🔥🔥🔥🔥🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼. Great song. Thank you Christina for another great song choice.😘
you should check out her duets with Robert Plant
I love this song. thank you for the reaction. Fantastic as usual. Would you mind doing a song that's a oldie from the 60's? It's from three midniters called "thats all" Thank you. You guys are awesome!
no autotune, just a god given talent
Alison did a lot of music for movie oh brother
Hey Shawn and Mel. Loving you guys! Listen to Alison and Shawn Colvin doing Simon and Garfunkels "The Boxer."
Her guitar player and her sung song from o brother where art thou. Man of constant sorrow!
I love this song! Her version is my favorite, but the original done by Keith Whitley is very good as well.
She is from my hometown. Voice of an angel indeed!
Heaven sent is the first think I think of when I think of Alison. Been a huge fan of hers since 1994 and her voice has been consistently perfect the whole time. She did a duet with James Taylor "What's going on in your world"... their voices blend SOOOOO well. My mom was babysitting the son of a friend of mine and had to take him along to a wedding where this song was played. Little fella cried through the whole thing. Not a tear before or after but when he heard her voice, the tears flowed.
Class, thank you
Alison has an old soul
One of the things I love the the most about Alison Krauss is she's one of the only performers I've ever seen that sounds the exact same whether it's live or a recording her voice doesn't change
The two shall become one
Dan Tyminski, the guitar player, blue shirt... was the singing voice of George Clooney in the movie "O, Brother, Where Art Thou"... he said in an interview that he asked his wife what she'd think about his voice coming from George.... she was thrilled!!
You should hear her sing “Baby Mine”. Absolutely amazing!! Love the reaction!!! ❤
Listen to Keith Whitney version
thats the first time I heard this song
Beautiful voice and face. And she can really plat the fiddle/violin.
She is the only artist i will pay to see in concert. Been to two of them. She sounds just like this, live.
Listen to Keith Whitley. When you say nothing at all. And I'm no stranger to the rain and Don't close your eyes
Watch the original singer’s (Keith Whitley) version of it, and then watch his song “Don’t Close Your Eyes”….. truly one of the great voices of country music
Everytime I hear this song I got to fight back the tears & I'm a grown-ass forty-year-old man. Allison and Union station have a ton of hits she also has done a lot of collaboration work with Robert plant from led Zeppelin. But yeah Alison has a ton of Grammys for I work in the music industry it's very impressive.
My brother had this song at his wedding
Actions speak louder than words.
This is originally a Kieth Whitley, song she did a good job on it, but man Kieth Whitley, will blow your mind when you hear him sing it with his deep country music voice, you really need to listen to him do this song. Thanks
She is the most underrated country music singer. That's been around since the late 80s. She's did bluegrass most beautiful voice
This song reminds me of my friend Big John who passed away a few years ago. He always played it in memory of his mama. Makes me cry every time I hear it now.
Se is not just Country's best, but one of America's best voices. Her song "Jacob's Dream" is haunting. Sorry, bring tissues.
