sakit ulo mo diyan ho ..esp.eletronic at makina niyan at pag problema sa trouble sa electrical ho..dahil nabkalsa na namin yan dito sa abroad mostly 2023 model ala pa diyan sa pinas bangga na dito ..sakit sa ulo ang spare parts niyan ho.. pang ilalim mahina ho at makina..just saying para alam mo ho sa geely at iba pa na made in china sayang lang pera ho niyo .tunog mg makina pakinggan niyo sang sa Toyota o nissan o iba pa na made in japan o Malaysia..sakit sa ulo ang spare parts ho...

Even with just minimal facelift and what not, the Geely is still one of the best value crossover. Thank you for always doing videos like these. I envy Coolrays on the streets even when I am on my MG HS.

I love my coolray. Though it was a 21 model year.
Hope they fixed the issues i experienced owning one.
- the overly steep front driver headrest.
-the rear turn signal lights seem weak at 17watts stock.
- the sloshing gas tank sound.
- traction controls turns off by itself at 100kph.

May coolray 1st gen coming for 3 years old...still smooth & powerful...nothing change...i love it to drive in the highway...still refined to drive and enjoyable...i love the power how it delivers no hesitation to overtake just floor it and it will fly like a bullet...😂😂

DCT is good for this car. better than the CVT of Honda. Car is very fun to drive vs mainstream Japanese cars.haha. Drived SUVs from Mitsubishi, Toyota, Subaru, and Ford, but this car is much fun to drive given its very affordable price. :)

I agree with the fact that other Chinese brands like Changan, GAC, and Haval have better-looking interiors than the Coolray now. But, it's still the best in its class when it comes to power and performance.
It's about matched power wise by the CS35 Plus, but this wins in terms of overall refinement

The Geely Coolray started the crossover revolution in PH and have proven themselves to be reliable being around for 3 years now. It's the only Chinese brand I think I can trust in PH.
But what do you think of the Changan CS55 plus (or CS35)? Comparo 😊
CS35 comparo….. The Changan gets more tech, but still has a few refinement issues that needs to be addressed to fully beat the GCR

On the Coolray my only qualms with it is the poor trunk space for the class(how do you find it?) and the lack of android auto and apple carplay, which at this point in the life span of Geely in the market isnt a bug but a feature. How do you find QDlink as a replacement for the aforementioned apps?
Thanks! I use a Carlinkit for Apple Carplay haha! The trunk space is alright for me. Rarely found it lacking for my needs

Good thing in geely infotainment can be modded. I have wireless android auto and voice command system control. You can have all of that in less than 2000 pesos

It’s less of a distraction than having to use Waze on the phone haha
Hello, can I ask? from 2020 to 2023. does the price changed over time per year? I was curious because they going to release new version of Geely in 2024 with a new look and added torque. Can you verify if there's a price difference per year,? I'm trying to anticipate if their will be a price up next year for the new look.

no carplay or android auto unless you mod the headunit. no adaptive cruise control. no rear aircon vents. technically, it's still the same car that was released last 2019, except for the power tailgate and the shifter.

As a daily, you’d be more comfortable in the Coolray because the transmission is smoother. It’s also better for highway cruising.

The absence of apple carplay, android auto, and rear ac vents somehow a bit of a draw back for me. But d@mn i am really digging the looks of the coolray. Honestly, this coolray sports se is still my benchmark in terms of looks when comparing to other available crossovers out there. Congrats on your new car.

Air vents wise, yeah that’s a pain point, but I usually drive alone anyways haha! I have a ₱2500 CarLinkKit from Shopee that gave me Apple Carplay na hehe!

Possible for Emgrand but way more complex to do. Will need professional support. Not easy plug and play
Chose between this and the Territory, but went with the Territory, not to take anything away from the SE Sport though.

@@juanchinito Works for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay! The software is free to DL lang although yung available version online doesn't work with the Coolray SE. A guy from Geely Marites group helped me out for free :D

I am hesitant to get this car and trust the brand based on the feedback on social media, are those true po ba na hindi maganda after sales nila at sobra tagal ng mga pyesa?
May waiting time talaga for unusual parts. Let’s say rear windshield mabasag, waiting talaga yan. Same is true naman even for Japanese brands minsan. PMS parts no issues naman. Depende na lang sa branch mo that after-sales would either be good or bad. For mine, excellent :)

Problem with Coolray is the aircon, mahina, kung gusto mo lakasan ang lamig, kaylangan mo itodo ang aircon yun nga lang ang ingay ng aircon sa loob.

Dealbreakers:
1. No ADAS
2. No Apple Carplay/Android Auto
3. No Rear air vents
4. High Fuel Consumption
For car buyers at this pricepoint you may want to take a look at GAC GS3 Emzoom GL variant.
Gotta agree with you on those as big negatives, but not a dealbreaker for me haha
1) No ADAS - I don't trust computers taking over the driving anyways.
2) No AA/CP - Been using Android auto since day 1. You just install the android auto app/apk just like an android phone.
Plus points, android auto looks really good since its a high resolution screen.
3) No rear air vents: Yeah, this one is also on my wishlist but not a deal breaker, the front AC is sufficient for the car of this size.
4) High fuel consumption : Compared to what? I can get 17km/l on long rides (no traffic)
