Hercules miter saw issue

I do love this saw. It’s been great, but yesterday I noticed the fences aren’t lined up straight, or 90 degrees to the blade. It’s all one piece with no adjustment. I got it on a Black Friday sale $100 off, so figured I could afford the two years of protection plan. Glad I did. Shout out to Harbor Freight, they have always done the right thing for me. I’ll be returning it tomorrow and I’ll update here the result. I thought I would put this out there for anyone that owns this saw, or is considering it. Also, I plan on uploading some woodworking vids in the future, and my next one will be a tour my little shop. Thanks for watching.
