Hp into stance slide and if they hit a crouch jab they will get hit with her slide. Set up the training dummy block reversal to cr. Lp (try with a shoto first) and you'll see what i mean. So if they keep interrupting your st.HP into stance LK, start going into st.HP slide instead so they are scared to press a button. After i posted this i realized the same thing works already with stance MK st max range but slide is more consistent. Lmk what you think....

The Kimberly slide buff is a really good change. Before if you hit in the earlier frames, even on punish counter, it could still be minus. Now they’ve changed it so you still get all the benefits of the old version, like the later frames comboing, and now if you are too close you get a knockdown. It’s a win win imo

I checked last year and I saw that you have never even lost an official tournament match using Chun (unless new information has changed that) so a guy can only hope. I always felt like Capcom doesn't know what to do with Cammy and it seems like things didn't change in SF6 either. Some of her tools were meh from the beginning and devs just proceeded to remove even more unique things instead of reworking and making her complete. A few patches like this and all we will have is some basic neutral and even more nerfed divekick. Sadly i don't even hope anymore that they'll make hooligan an actual mixup tool for her or addition of some air combat or something else fitting her style. And with how much this community loves to bash on Cammy, it will always be too little and she will always be broken in their eyes. Rly sad stuff here.
I wonder if Cammy is stronger modern now with the crouch medium punch nerf. It was difficult to justify using her after the spin knuckle nerfs with crouch medium punch being such an overcentralizing move for her until these nerfs
I feel Cammy didn't deserve that much nerf on her divekick game, neither the DP but I can live with the DP not switching sides as sometimes we ended accidentally in a corner because of that going a bit too far, so is just Cammy SFV DP back so, no big deal there, but the short divekick losing the ability of doing the target combo....that is unnecessary and remove a fun part of her kit, and by stand if you hit them too low will be have to do just that light punch lk combo....not sure that was need it..........I still think she is strong, and at least Ed is now weaker so, at least 1 match up will be easier for her.
And as Mena said, rashid is still untouched, the guy with his normal tornado move along with a small combo takes more than a quarter of your life and with the level 2 super, he can take more than half of your life bar, and even so, Capcom thinks Rashid is fine as is.....😑

Just curious but any lily players able to comment on why she’s still considered a loser despite getting some positive buffs and what’s still missing? Does she need more frame data and hitbox changes? Or is she fine but too many other characters are just better overall
Jesus they literally gave kimberly every buff jamie needed. light palm have the war crime of a hurtbox that it does and its minus 6 is wild. more is good but it doesnt fix the shitty normals that jamie has and worst in class specials. not even one ex he has is plus on block or lets him continue pressure. push back on block makes makes normals awkward to use because he puts him self in his opponents optimal ranges only having awkward normals to space trap with, which are either to slow or too stubby.
This is why I don't play modern Street Fighter. It sucks to main a character only for it to be completely changed mid cycle. I'll buy the definitive version.
They Really Don't Want us to do that dream combo anymore which is crazy because it takes a level of execution and timing to perform. You know something that takes actual skill in a game about execution and skill.
