- I know this isn't a well-known track, but I thought it was a banger. That chorus is catchy as all get out! I just really liked Moz's dejected and slow vocal delivery. He seems to be trying to warn this heir apparent from their inevitably bruised future, which is something Moz/the narrator knows all about. Overall, it's haunting, dark, and intriguing.

Are perfect, lyrically this song is incredibly strong. My opinion he’s on about those taking his place as the en vogue music artists from Manchester.

I’d go further than album and say this should have been a single, A side.

Their going nuts on guitars on this one, heavier…. Love the line about being so determined yet not able to even get out of the station, ha ha, Moz is so wry! Alain's voice harmonizes so perfectly, love his youtube, he wrote so many awesome songs!

Morrissey could see the hype for the younger bands who were taking his place as the favourite music front man.
I can imagine Morrissey saying this to Noel Gallagher, who he likes a lot.

The widdly guitar on 2.07 is very Alain when he ran out of ideas. Not without its charms though.
