Amazing!! Can’t believe how you did all that. I’m not an artist or painter but I just started painting a gradient wall because I’ve always wanted to. Your video is definitely one of the best. Thank you for sharing. Would’ve never thought to use a wet rag to blend.
I'm so glad it was helpful! i really struggled with the red to purple blend. I wish I had done one more color between them to bridge them a little more
@@Rose-xi2ll I like a wet Cotten rag the best. But I start out by putting the two colors I’m using in one paint tray and put the roller so half rolls through each color. I don’t mix them in the paint tray. Then I roll on the wall overlapping the colors to give me a base to work with and blend. I found red to purple was then hardest to colors to blend so I recommend a bridging color in between those two. Every other color I’ve blended was fine
Mostly on the wall. I did pour both colors into one paint tray for the roller, but I kept them separate in the roller tray, I didn't mix them together. I hope that makes sense!
@@Rose-xi2llabsolutely! I think this video might help. I tried to explain my process more here: ruclips.net/video/y8PYNgXegm4/видео.htmlsi=RlFuuVh2ag8mYv7w

How do you blend those colours? On the paint pallete or straight on the wall?
